   Mike and his associates doing the service were excellent! Had the special Blood Orange margarita. Seafood Boil and Jambalaya were both well done, felt like New Orleans.

   Our dining experience didn't meet our expectations. The restaurant was not close to being full yet we were seated very close to the two tables on each side of us. It was difficult for both tables to sit down and get up without maneuvering ourselves. Specials weren't presented to us and we explained our food allergies yet my dish came with dairy all over the plate. My son and I intended to share the salmon but it was too small to do so. I asked for our fries and mushrooms to be boxed but they we put in the same box and fries were soggy. I wouldn't return.

   We could have never picked a better restaurant! When I tell you the experience was phenomenal - believe me!! All of the staff was above and beyond, but our waiter Darren was completely exceptional in every capacity!! The food was perfect as well. Highly recommend!

    The gumbo was delicious. Got the blackened ahi special, which was also great. Service was better than most but it took a while to get our check at the end of our meal. It was quite busy, so understandable.

    We had a primary server and two assistants. The servers were very attentive and helpful. The wine list was exceptional and reasonably priced for Las Vegas. The shrimp appetizer was delicious, as were the rolls. My mixed green salad was average. I had the crab pasta for my entree. The pasta was al dente but the crab was a bit fishy. My dinner guest had the sea bass which was quite good. Overall, a good dinner choice with a great wine list and excellent service. If I could change anything, it would be an expanded menu with more diverse seafood options and a more intimate (quiet) dining experience. Compared to other upscale dining experiences in casinos, this restaurant was reasonably priced.

    A wonderful escape from the feel of a Casino, Emeril's was awesome! Classy, quiet, and the service from the staff was outstanding!! The food was the best I've had in LV so far! Jumbo Prawns and Salmon were both perfectly cooked! No skimpy servings here, just plenty of wonderfully prepared seafood! Don't pass up this place...be there!!

    Our food was absolutely amazing! The trout was one of the best seafood dishes I have EVER had. And the service was excellent! I don't think our drink glasses were ever half empty.

    Another year celebrating my wife’s birthday at Emeril’s…and it was truly wonderful! The tuna poke appetizer was outstanding… The prime ribeye was just amazing..perfectly prepared and presented. A nice birthday dessert topped off another perfect dinner! Looking forward to returning to Las Vegas to enjoy Emeril’s!

    We both got the Chilean Sea bass special.....VERY TASTY!!!! then the special dessert butter cake. Tasty as well. Just exact proportions. Nice evening. Got to our show with plenty of time.

    We really enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Saffron pasta with blue crab and mushrooms and my partner ordered the Pan roasted red fish with shrimp. Both were excellent as was the service. We would return.

    Service was 5star. Food however was very underwhelming. Red fish entree was smothered with etoufee. You could not even see the “fish”. With it being so smothered. It became “steamed”. Not seared. We both picked out a few bones. The fish had a very prominent, “blood line”. That was very unappetizing. When expecting a pan sear. You anticipate seeing a sear/crust. This was not it. It was our anniversary and I wanted it to be nothing but special. After seeing Emeril on TV for years. We were so very excited to try his cooking. We left displeased. Not a very good anniversary dinner memory.

    Angelo and Olivia to very good care of us, explained every aspect of the items we were trying, some of which for the very first time, and even surprised is with a couple of extras for our anniversary. The food was very tasty and the banana cream pie was excellent. Thanks to all of you.
