   The menu was delicious! From the grilled oysters, to the flavorful plank trout. But the best side dish was the creamy mashed potatoes. The service was excellent! Highly recommended!

   We had reservations for 6 people and they sat us right away and were very nice. The surf and turf was delicious we also had seared scallops and they were the best scallops I have ever eaten. The rest of my group loved their food also. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back.

   I wanted a special dinner experience for my friend’s Birthday. From start to finish this was a really WOW time. The wait staff was extremely friendly, caring, and professional. We never wanted for anything. The food was very delicious. Really well seasoned and prepared. The 3 of us had very different dishes and we were all very satisfied. And the little dessert with a candle was a wonderful touch. I want to recommend Emeril’s for all special occasions and even date nights. The ambiance is very inviting and you feel like a VIP. Thank you for a most enjoyable dining experience!

    We were seated on time and ordered a bottle of wine. After more than 10 minutes we were told that they were out of stock. We made a second choice and when it didn't arrive, we had to flag down our waiter who blamed his manager for the delay. It finally arrived when we were almost through our first course. Again we had to flag down our waiter to top up our glasses as the bottle was on ice away from the table. I ordered the pork chop and was told it was cooked medium however it was well done and tough. My colleague ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. Good thing she has a small appetite, it was a very small serving. We were never offered bread although it was going out to all of the other tables. When we needed service, we just waved at anyone who looked our way as our server was always busy with other tables. Craftsteak was busy, Bavettes was busy but we still had impeccable service at both restaurants. No one was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I thought we might be offered dessert because of the wine issue but we weren't. Nope, won't be going back to Emeril's.

    I felt the food and beverages were overpriced even by Las Vegas standards. The pork chop was tough eating - undercooked and barely chewable. The noise level was excessive, but that was the fault of other guests who must have thought that this was a football stadium.

    A lovely respite in the midst of the MGM Grand Las Vegas. Outstanding attention to detail and excellent service. The BBQ shrimp appetizer was hearty and delicious and they are known for their banana cream pie which is fresh and clean and lovely but very filling.

    The shrimp seafood boil is fabulous. Add the crab rice and you have a feast. The crab cake appetizer is really excellent. Skip the chocolate brownies though. The wait staff do a good job without hovering. Wine list is pretty good.

    Although we wanted to love our dining experience during the March Madness weekend, we cannot give this review a full 5-Star review. In our party of four, two of the four hot entrees were served cold, the appetizer (barbequed shrimp) was overcooked, and the gumbo lacked salt and flavor. We had not been to Emeril's for a bout five years, and were really looking forward to what became a lackluster repeat experience. Maybe the crowded weekend was the blame? Not sure. Still, the place looked great and the table service was friendly and competent.

    The service was great. I ordered the surf and turf and enjoyed it. My husband wanted the new orleans experience but unfortunately it wasn't that great. He order the gumbo as an app and somewhat enjoyed it. I tasted it and thought it was warm instead of hot. The jambalaya he got he said tasted good but that in general everything was lacking seasoning. I had the gouda mac and cheese as well and it was lacking some flavor. We expected more given the name and price. Like I said It was enjoyable but for it to have Emeril's name the gumbo and Jambalaya should have been a big hit.

    The experience was excellent, the Manager was helpful due to the fact i have a temporary disability his customer services rare 10. The food was prepared beautifully and seasoned to perfection. I give Emerils in Las Vegas a 12.

    Wow what a great dining experience! From the service to the food this was a memorable meal for us. Great seating for crowds or for two, servers bustling about with extremely fast service. The seafood piripiri was just seasoned perfectly, the heat was very subtle so it didn’t mask the seafood flavors. And the pasta was perfectly seasoned also. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It will not disappoint!

    I hade the oysters as an appetizer they were chilled on ice and very refreshing. I followed up with the creole boil and it was full of flavor I found my self spooning up the remaining sauces in the bowl. The wife had a Blue crab saffron pasta which she said was amazing and full of flavor.
