   Duck Confit Hash was rustic decadence. Paired with Oolong Tea and a side of bacon. I appreciated the opportunity to have a larger table to accommodate my very tall guest. I will be back to try dinner!

   Always enjoy this welcoming establishment. Staff are kind and accommodating. Last night, we had the spring salad, tuna carpaccio, scallops, and hangar steak. All was outstanding!

   Great food. Lovely night to eat the amazing scallops and Char! The popovers were light and airy. Only a slight complaint as they were u understaffed and running a bit slow. But it didn’t dampen our night.

   I’ve been a fan for a while but felt like last two visits have seen a quality decline. Badly cooked ravioli, underwhelming burrata, etc. service and vibe always great. Don’t feel the need to go back.

   My friends loved their food---mine was just so-so. Only one wait person for the whole restaurant (it is small) but was not attentive as a result. Menu is very limited---make sure you'll be happy before making a reservation.

    The food was very good and serving sizes were ample. Staff was great. Atmosphere was nice. My only complaint is that it was very expensive for what we ordered. $145 for three appetizers, plus two Snacks and drinks? Not sure it was worth that much

    The team seemed overwhelmed, perhaps as they appeared understaffed. Our server was impatient and unfriendly, although we were not -- and it was us that experienced poor service! Food was great, but the overall experience was not satisfactory.

    Unique, creative menu and well prepared. Although a serious carnivore, I was extremely thrilled and satisfied with my meatless meal which was an amazing asparagus taco appetizer and very tasty swordfish dinner. Service was excellent: attentive and friendly. Although not in our home area, we look forward to returning for another excellent dinner.

    The food has always been outstanding but it's the service that makes Farmstead so great! Everyone is so friendly that they make you feel like this is truly a place "where everybody knows your name." Shout out to Johnnie in the bar where we sat for very entertaining night!

    I had the salad with hanger steak. The steak was delicious and a generous serving. The salad was 'wet' - it did not taste overdressed; it was wilty, not crispy and lacked flavor. No evidence of a creamy lemon vinaigrette. The service was great. I have had other dishes there that were great. This was a disappointment.

    We were very impressed with the staff and the space is attractive. Unfortunately the guests next to us were loud talkers, making it difficult to hear each and enjoy our date out. The food was satisfying, but not overly memorable.

    We went here for a birthday celebration dinner and were disappointed. We had reservations and showed up on time, but our table wasn't ready when we arrived. No big deal, but it set the tone for the evening. We ordered the popovers to start. They were OK, but nothing special. When my dining companion's steak came out, it arrived with both side dishes incorrect and had to be sent back. The pork chop I ordered, which I had cooked to the chef's recommendation, was dry and flavorless. Not an enjoyable experience.

    The food was good as usual, but tonight their reservation system failed them. Too many tables at the same time and the kitchen was slammed. Over an hour to get our entree. We haven't been here in a while, hopefully this isn't the new normal.

    Food is delicious and consistently so. This is a small restaurant with just one or two servers. Our server was lovely, but with one servers managing a bunch of tables, it was a tad slow. That didn’t matter because my dining companion and I were catching up. If you are in a hurry, you might want to go somewhere else.

    I like this restaurant but service depends on how busy it is. I ordered Italian wedding soup, which was on the menu, but was served chicken noodle. I didn't complain because it was crowded and my soup was tasty---just not what I ordered.

    Food was amazing. Not sure why but our waiter was very disengaged and unpleasant. Borderline rude.Never knew a waiter could impact our evening in a negative way. Other folks around us had a similar experience. Such a shame.
