Best Brunch Restaurants in Danforth / Greek Town

Louix Louis is an absolutely outstanding dining experience. The atmosphere, the service, the amazingly prepared cocktails, and of course the food (taste and presentation) - everything is second to none. You can’t go wrong here.

We truly loved all the vegetarian and vegan dishes. The fresh, bold flavors were both delicious and well-balanced, never overwhelming the courses that followed. Special standouts were the Chef’s new aromatic rice dish with roasted cauliflower and the poached pear with its surprise soy filling, an outstanding dessert to conclude a magnificent meal!

Food was excellent. Only disappointment was where we were seated and the infrequent serving of our table. When I made the reservation on open table, there was a prompt for what you were celebrating, if anything. There was an option to say you were on a date. So I clicked that, because we were! Reservation was for 5 pm-very early and the restaurant was very quiet. Even though I had selected the "date celebration", we were seated next to the only table with children. The table was very close to ours. I would have expected a quieter table. The service was also very infrequent. The other party arrived before me and when I showed up, it was over 15 minutes wait just to get a drink. We weren't checked in on during the meal. All that said, I would return for the amazing food.
