Le personnel est bien formé et offre un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. De plus, les plats intéressants et succulants créés dans la cuisine reçoivent constamment des éloges. Le Hayward Restaurant a récemment remporté le prix du Meilleur Restaurant Gastronomique ainsi que le Chef de l'Année à l'Essex Tourisme and Hospitality Awards de 2014.
