Food was great and service was great. The server was also very good.

Service was great, greeted promptly and seated immediately although we were early for our reservation. One of our guests was late, no issue having some appetizers and waiting to order our meal. Food tasted excellent, prompt service, refills on water etc right away, glad we went there!

Great service from the moment I stepped into the restaurant. Sarah is an amazing hostess. She was attentive and funny. My server S was so kind and she had excellent customer service skills. I love how clean this location is. I love how well equipped the washrooms are.

I have to admit, Jack Astor's Newmarket has drastically improved! I had a very very bad experience when we had a dinner there about 7-8 years ago so we didn't want to come back. But we still decided to give it another chance. And we were not disappointed! The food was just great, every single bite was delicious! The service was very goid too. The waitress Meghan was so nice and professional. The young ladies at the reception were also nice and easy going. So I think this restaurant might become our go-to place to dine.
