This place is the hidden gem of Vegas. The best most consistent steaks I’ve had. Cooked perfectly and incredible flavor. The service here is always fantastic as well. We tried the tres leches cake this time and it blew us away. I felt like it was made with love, the flavors so authentic. Great experience.

Hands down fave restaurant restaurant to go back to time and time again! My daughter has a gluten and dairy allergy and she can have almost anything on the menu, even every desert! Everything is so fresh and delicious!

Outstanding dinner at Amaya inside The Cosmopolitan! Every dish exceeded our expectations. The guacamole and warm chips were delicious, the sea bass and bluefin tuna ceviches were exceptionally fresh, and the charred octopus was smoky and tender. Exceptional vegetarian options as well. Service was attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced. Beautiful ambiance and vibrant energy. A must-visit in Las Vegas—we will definitely be back on our next trip!

We stopped in for a quick dinner before catching a show, and Dominic and Rod made our night easy and fun! Everything was delicious and perfect for sharing with our group of six. We had the whole bird, mash, greens, burnt ends, BLT stacks, cornbread, street corn, peanut butter pie, and strawberry shortcake. The burnt ends and peanut butter pie were the standouts—we definitely should’ve ordered more of both! Great food, fantastic service, and they got us out in plenty of time for our show.
