I saw Salle Climatisée described on a list somewhere as like "attending an unfussy dinner party," and that was a pretty spot on description. The space is tiny and feels very homey, the kitchen is behind the bar so if you're sitting at a bar seat you can see the chefs in action. The leeks with sunflower vinaigrette was breathtaking, potatoes with periwinkles and roasted duck breast also excellent. Great all around!
