Best Kid Friendly Restaurants in Port Moody

We went for Bite of Burnaby on a Saturday. We got the crab cakes, halibut and lobster risotto, and surf & turf. Both meals were good, not amazing but good. I was pleasantly surprised that the halibut was separate and placed on top of the risotto rather than mixed in. There was supposed to be lobster but I didn't taste or see any. Desserts were kind of weird... the milk chocolate cake is not that. It's a marscapone mousse with a very thin layer of cake on the bottom. The grape tart is actually an orange custard tart with a couple grapes on top. I didn't realize the restaurant was so open to the hotel lobby so the ambiance wasn't our favourite but it was also fine and quiet. The live music was a nice touch.

I had an amazing experience at this café! The staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised me with a little birthday treat, which made the visit extra special. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The cozy atmosphere made it a great spot to relax. Highly recommend for great service and tasty food! Highly Recommend💗🫶🏽

we celebrated our six year wedding anniversary with Selene & had a beautiful experience — outstanding service, stunning ambience & delicious food. x

First time visiting. Loved their food, friendly and professional servers and great atmosphere. Server mentioned the baked potatoes would take an additional 15 minutes so we substitute for additional rice or fries but we were OK to wait so we had our main first. She came back a 2nd time and said the potatoes would be a no go but it was all good, we got fries instead. She was apologetic and stuff happen. The only thing I would like for them to fix are the wobbly plates... it's like using a fork and knife on a turntable. It's as annoying (or worse) as a wobbly table :)
