Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great cheeseburger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s a bistro-meets-diner-meets-internationally-inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto. Our service team is upbeat and genuine but also deeply knowledgeable about the menu and offerings. Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do. But the city kept asking and we’re glad to be a new staple in the Queen West neighbourhood for mimosas, chicken and waffles, and piping hot coffees. KOST is one of my favourite brunch spots in the city, especially when the patio is open to enjoy the views. Today’s service was very good and the food was excellent. The eggs benedict with smoked salmon was delicious.

Super nice and friendly staff who were so helpful in changing my table upon request on a busy Friday night. Food and wine was delicious. Highly recommend the Brussel sprouts and the chocolate mousse for dessert! Yum!

Focaccia with Maple butter and baked Brie (plant based) with crostini were excellent starters Dinner was Rigate Gigi, Mushroom Truffle Agnolotti and vegan Salmon (3 ppl) All dishes were fantastic Dessert was the Chocolate Orange cake which was delicious Will definitely be back 😀👍
