I appreciate that Lou Pécou keeps things simple. A small menu with excellent vegetarian and vegan options, including non-alcoholic beers. Everything was just right.

Gio is a must try, especially right now for the month of March. On a recommendation, we tried the fixed price menu and it was excellent. Usually fixed menus are small portions and/or lesser quality, but Gio was neither of these. Three delicious courses that left us full. I had the wild boar and it was fantastic and the dessert was superb. Our server Molly was incredible, pleasant, knowledgeable, and great opinions. We will definitely return. If you can get there for the fixed price menu, you will not be disappointed.

It was really good. You know what you are getting yourself into when dining at Jack Astors. We had, the blue buffalo sandwhich, the crispy chicken sandwhich, Asiago chicken bow ties, and chicken strips. Al the food was fresh, hot and really flavourful. 4 birthdays while we were there so of course really loud and busy but that’s what you get with JA’s
