Best Restaurants for Birthdays in Montreal

One of the most beautiful restaurants I’ve every been in Old world, mastercraft paneling adorns the main area. High ceilings and unique wallpaper. The hamachi crisp in coconut milk was devine. Not cheap but worth every penny. Service was friendly and not stuffy and was professional. A must see restaurant. I made the reservation with Open Door. Strangely I got an email that said the restaurant canceled my reservation. So when we got there that’s is what we were told. However being a Monday night we were seated.

We selected Helena because it was an easy walk from the Gare Centrale in Montreal and offered lunch on a Monday. It turned out to be a real gem. I was very pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the food, (presentation was excellent), attention to detail(providing the correct cutlery for each course) and the fact that we were not rushed..a true dining experience. Highly recommended.

Second time at this location and everything was great. The food was delicious, the service was prompt and professional and the entire night was fantastic. Great value and food for the money and would recommend to anyone for a memorable night out.

Always a lovely experience when I come. Will always stay as my fav restaurant

The food, the ambience, the service were all great!
