Best Restaurants for Local Ingredients in Kitchener

The food was amazing and Luigi was fabulous as always. My only complaint is the temperature. It was freezing upstairs. Everyone had their coats on. I understand it’s an old building but there must be something more you can do. It made the experience uncomfortable.

South-west of France night. Exploring the food of the French Basque (ticketed event with fixed menu, not a regular service night). Benoit and the team put on an amazing service. Food was excellent and very well executed from both a flavour profile and presentation perspective. Wine pairings were spot on. Some of the serving staff were considerably more junior than on our previous visits, but all performed admirably. As always, Benoit's personal hospitality touches made the evening very special. All in all, an excellent experience. We will continue to highly recommend Trio as one of the very best restaurants in the region.

We had not been to TWH previously and we were VERY impressed with it! The service was fantastic, food amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful! We do not live in town however anytime we are back in Kitchener we will go and will certainly recommend it to anyone!!
