Join us at Aunt Jake's Upper East Side for our Pasta Making Class & 3-course pasta menu! The cost is $60 per person for pasta instruction and the prefix meal. However, we wanted to create Italian food for the “next” generation. The idea was to develop an Italian concept around the customer’s choice of how to eat pasta compared to how the restaurant wanted you to eat it. With that in mind, Aunt Jake’s core mission is to bring high-quality fresh ingredients daily to craft our handmade pasta and sauces health-consciously. The customer can mix and match sauce with shape and create a custom dish of their own.

Craftsmanship at its finest is displayed at Sushi Noz, where guests experience our seasonal omakase menu curated nightly by Chef Nozomu Abe. Known as "Noz" to his friends, Abe-san is part of a movement from Japan advancing Edomae-style sushi, incorporating aging and preparation techniques that date back to Japan's Edo period. Upon entering the restaurant, guests are transported by the Sukiya-style wooden interior, which was assembled using more than a dozen types of cedar. The centerpiece of our first dining room is our 8-seat, 200-year-old hinoki wood sushi bar and traditional ice chest, where Chef Noz refrigerates the evening's neta selections. Our second dining room features a sushi bar made from tamo ash wood, which accommodates an additional 6 guests. We welcome our guests in true Japanese hospitality, offering two nightly seatings at each counter.

We had to change our reservations 3 times do to things we wanted to see but we got there 6:45 for a 7:15 reservation they gave us a table at door but we said no too many people so we waited for another table it was in the back very nice / the theater crowd was clearing out— we had the veal shank, grilled veal and I had the beef spare rib— it was all delicious! Service, the wine! We we were celebrating 39 anniversary and our Daughters 35 birthday it was a wonderful meal! Thank you so much!

The Pasta Making Experience was dope! Definitely recommend going with friends or making a dinner date out of it. My only piece of advice? Come HUNGRY. The prix fixe course to reward all your hard work is delicious. ¡La Pasta Making Experience fue fenomenal! Al 100% te lo recomiendo si vas con amigos o para una cita nocturna. Como consejo, vengan con HAMBRE. Los platos prix fixe era buenísimos y dan buena porciones.
