While there was a slight mishap with the bill, the manager, Roberto, handled the situation with professionalism and grace. He quickly rectified the issue and offered a sincere apology. Their commitment to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution made me feel valued as a customer. It’s nice to see such dedication to customer satisfaction, and it made a lasting impression on me.
