We offer gluten-free contemporary Pacific Northwest cuisine with Northern Mediterraneaninfluences - think Spanish, French, Italian, Greek & Turkish. We specialize in wine, cider and spirit flights. We used to be Capitol Cider so we kept the culinary faves from that business but added diverse & healthy options, courtesy of Chef Ton Yazici & Sous Chef Ben Jones. We make most everything from scratch including our baguettes. In addition to our 100+ ciders, beer & full bar, we serve local Washington wines as well as a selection of Mediterranean ones, curated by winemaker Rich Burton.Main dining room is all ages with 75 seats. Downstairs bar/event space holds 150 people - 21+only for regular hours. Please note that food service stops 1 hr prior to closing during weekdays.
