Great experience. Service was excellent and the food was very good. The view of the Falls added to the overall dining experience. Kim was our server and she was fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a favourite of ours and we had a wonderful dinner again. We tried the Mushroom Gruyere dip for the first time and it was a great portion for two to share. Our steaks were our tried and true favourites, Peppercorn steak for my husband and Top Sirloin for me. We had Owen as our server and he did an outstanding job. I also want to comment on Cole, another server that looked after us on our last visit. He saw us and came up to greet us and I thought it was a very nice gesture that he remembered us from our last visit.

Our waitress was great. Courteous and professional, she made menu suggestions that were helpful and provided top level service to us. The food was very good too. I had the catch of the day with delicious mashed potatoes and vegetables, and raspberry sorbet for desert. The ceasar salad was just ok but I wasn’t concerned. I had some of my husband’s roasted chicken too and it was delicious. The portions are a little on the small side so you may need to order extra side dishes. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. My husband and I sat in a booth and found it to be a romantic and quiet setting that suited us well. We also dined there for breakfast and got the best seats in the house at the south end in the front corner. Wow! We had a clear view of the Canadian and US falls below. The prices are rather high at The Watermark but you are paying for good food, location, stunning views and great table service. Our dinner bill under the early bird prix fixe menu including tip was $301. We had two salads, two entrees, and two glasses of wine each. After dinner we took the elevator to the E floor and went to a fun concert at the OLG Stage just steps away. We will be going back.

Really pleasantly surprised with our meals and experience overall. 7/8 dishes ordered were cooked/prepared perfectly, from apps to dessert — most importantly the steak! Sadly, everything on the chicken/ribs combo plate was dried out. They seated us in the bar area which would’ve been fine except the wooden stool-chairs were uncomfortable. I would go back.
