NORMAN’S is located at 7924 Via Dellagio Way, Orlando, FL, also known as the city's famed "Restaurant Row". Norman Van Aken is a restaurateur, chef, author, and James Beard recipient of “Who’s Who in America.” Van Aken is regarded as the “Founding Father of New World Cuisine.” Our 7,600-square-foot destination, NORMAN’S offers a selection of culinary and mixology experiences, including a glass-enclosed wine cellar boasting an extensive list of varietals. The restaurant features a main dining room, two private dining rooms, and the ability to dine in the interior bar. The 2,500 sq. ft covered patio was designed by RH Patio and offers a bar, lounge seating, signature cocktails, and small plates, open Fri-Sat.Social hour Monday-Friday from 5:30- 7:00PM, specials on wines by the glass, well cocktails, signature cocktails and various small plate creations. Both the dining room and The Terrace feature Van Aken’s New World signature dishes, as well as his newest culinary concepts.
