The food and service is outstanding This is our second time and we will be back many more. You can get something simple to eat or a more complex meal like we had. First off, you won't find better service, all the staff was wonderful from the time we entered the restaurant to paying the bill. The food, what can I say, the food was amazing and lots of it. We did the $90 for 2 and we had 6 people at the table who did the same. When you pick this menu, you get to try a variety of items on the menu. It's a great way to taste everything. FYI: Friday nights they have a DJ at 8 to late, he had the music pump'in, so if your looking for a quiet dinner or Italian music while you eat, go earlier or go on another day. Not a negative note, just something to think about.

Dining space is too large, and is without sound-absorbing fabrics and finishes. Loud background music increased the ambient sound level which, upon request, was turned down somewhat. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Our first time dining at CUT. Our server was amazing and the food was out of this world. We had the Caesar salad, bone in ribeye and baked potatoes followed by crème brûlée for dessert. We had a wonderful experience and definitely plan to come back for our anniversary.
