    This is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! The service was top notch and so welcoming. The courses were well paced and the food was outstanding.     We recently celebrated our anniversary at Maison Boulud at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Montreal, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—Julian, our waiter, and Valentine, the guest manager, went above and beyond to make our evening special. The ambiance and decor are refined yet warm, creating the perfect setting for a romantic evening. Drinks, wine, and desserts were all exceptional. While the entrés and main course were good, though not quite extraordinary, the overall experience marked by impeccable service and attention to detail more than made up for it. Overall, beautiful dining for a special occasion. We will definitely be coming back! As well, a heartfelt thank you to Ricardo in the Hotel lobby for the warm send off and the fascinating history lesson—his pride in this iconic hotel made our visit even more special.
