Fun location with an awesome, friendly, efficient staff. The menu had a nice variety of choices. The zucchini appetizer was amazing! All the dishes were perfect for sharing.

My wife and had a before theatre diner for our 1 year anniversary. Our server James did a great job and treated us to sparkling rose and dessert which was very nice and unexpected. The food was excellent and so was our experience. Totally recommend this place if your looking for a really special night out. It is a bit pricey but every once and a while it's worth it.

The food and service was exceptional. Only complaint was that conversation was difficult due to the volume of the music.

We had never been there before. We went before the theatre. It has a very modern decor and is quite a lively spot. I found it a bit noisy. but I had the best Carpaccio and my husband loved the Pasta with Peas and Lemon. The service was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. We will go back soon.

Everybody was very friendly, but the service is slow. Servers and the manager came by a couple of times to ask if everything was ok, but when we needed them, there wasn't anybody available and it took them quite some time to come to us, it was more of a timing issue than anything else really.
Overall, good experience, but it is the second time that we went to this restaurant and we had the same issue both times.

Food was great as always but the service really needs some improvement! I know it's a popular spot but that shouldn't mean the service is lacking.

Food was really good but service was a little slow for us. We really enjoyed the calamari appetizer and the tiramisu for dessert. I had the wild boar pasta which was really good and the other entrees my colleagues had looked great also. However we waited almost a half hour for our entrees after our appetizer was cleared and considering this was a business lunch, this impacted our schedule. The latte we ordered was not hot and had to be remade. Perhaps the kitchen was really busy but since we sat on the patio, which was really nice, I cannot comment on that.

Loved the zuccchini fritti. However, the veal breading was soggy especially when the salad on top and sauce soaked into the breading. Poor execution.

The food was simply amazing. Simple food with amazing flavours. My husband couldn't stop talking about the tagliatelle. Service was great. Professional and not pretentious at all (well, our server anyway :) ).

Figo staff were amazing from start to finish. The moment we walked in the door the hostesses were friendly and helpful, our server was equally as friendly and knowledgeable! We were helped and served by a couple different staff members and each encounter was delightful. The decor is beautiful and absolutely welcoming and made for a cozy, comfortable yet upscale experience. The food was great, somewhat pricey. Definitely would recommend this place to friends!

Went to Figo on a Saturday afternoon during TIFF. The place was packed and lively. The food was served promptly. We were a little surprised to find that only the brunch menu was available, but were able to find food we each enjoyed. Great atmosphere with an open kitchen and lots of windows to fill space with light. This was my second time at Figo and I will go again!

We've been to Figo many times and have always had a good meal. This was the first time that we didn't have a good experience and found hair in the food. The hair was baked into the breaded veal and I happened to see it as I was cutting into the meat. That ruined my appetite and dinner.

Lively, energetic restaurant, with friendly fast service and very good food. Recommend for pre or post theatre eating . Did not get to eat out on the patio as weather did not permit but looks very nice .

All four of us absolutely loved our dishes. Between the four of us we had to pasta dishes and two pizzas. I had the Amatriciana pasta, which was to die for. Best pasta I've had since Italy, honestly!
I wouldn't say it's the best place for a quiet dinner as the entire restaurant is very open, but it is great for groups. Beautiful Decor

By far some of the best food I have had at a Downtown Toronto restaurant. The Calamari Fritte was defiantly the best. Tender, flavourful and perfectly cooked. I will be coming back for sure.

My mom and sister came in from out of town to celebrate my birthday. They both are picky eaters, so I knew Italian cuisine would be good. Our server was great and could describe what was in every dish that we inquired about. We all loved our meals and got the same dessert, tiramusu, which was great! We sat outside on a patio in a secluded little spot as it was a bit windy. Great experience.
