Azure Restaurant @ the Intercontinental Toronto Centre
$40 meal for lamp chops was unsatisfactory no sides served with it. My seafood pasta was tasteless and the mussels were not fresh. This was my second time at Figo. First time was better. Our server wasn’t friendly and we left hungry. The restaurant was way too loud and we had to yell to our friends across from us. Overall, we were unhappy and will not be returning.
We visited after our wedding and received great service. The manager sent us a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch! Food was great as always.
Funky place with great staff.
Food is very good with decent selection of meats, fishes, pizzas, and pastas.
Food and service was fabulous. Found it a bit too noisy, especially if you want to have a conversation with your friends or a nice dinner with your spouse. Will definitely come back as I don't think you can beat the quality of the food.....absolutely fantastic.
Birthday & Theatre night
Food was excellent. Great service from sommelier and waitstaff. We will definitely be returning!
The food was lovely. Our server was incredibly nice and attentive. Delightful experience overall.
Restaurant was very busy and so service suffered a bit but staff were pleasant and accommodating. First stab at the food was slow and 3 of 4 dishes were cold, 2 were returned and subsequent pizzas were excellent. Sunday was 1/2 price bottles of wine (open wine list). PIck from the list and avoid suggested wines so you know what you are getting.
Great restaurant. We were a little late (as we couldn’t book 15 minutes later online), and they gave our table away (would have appreciated a call but then again we could have called to say we were running late). They still accommodated us, food and service there after was great.
The food was absolutely amazing and the service impeccable. I was celebrating my wedding anniversary and was so happy I chose Figo. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be coming back.
Great vibe, good food! Would recommend for a girls night or date night!
Great experience, would definitely go again. Food was delicious and service was excellent!
Food came too quickly. We weren't done our appetizers before our mains arrived and then no one came to remove our appetizer platter. We were done dinner (appetizers and mains) in under and hour. It was our 10th wedding anniversary so we weren't looking for a rushed meal and felt like they just wanted us out of there.
Always good food and service.
They seem to be very slow in such a way that our food was cold when we got it to our table.
We were disappointed this time.
Saw a friend on Instagram having lunch and her meal looked amazing. My colleagues and I decided to make reservations. It was a great meal. The drinks were amazing I had the Figo spritz and branzino and tiramisu for desert. We will definitely be back. Our server was a pleasure.
Great meal at Figo! The general manager always makes us feel at home when we visit there. The food is always delicious.
Great! Very loud!
The food was delicious, but they were cheap. They charged for an extra side of bread (which was also burnt). It felt cheesy.
Reliably amazing service and delicious food.
I was hoping for a great dinner for my friend’s birthday during TIFF, but was totally disappointed with the food. The top 4 appetizers were sold out to begin with (I had raved to my friend about them), and a few mains were sold out ( one of which I was wanting to order) the mushroom truffle pizza was chewy with meager toppings. The seafood linguine lacked a robust flavor I was hoping for and seafood was not bountiful. Pasta was only warm, not hot, so became cold quickly. The tiramisu tasted stale. They waiter did put a candle on the dessert for my friend so that was nice and about all that saved the evening. Nothing special for dinner, no bread to start or anything that a Mediterranean/Italian restaurant would offer while we waited 15 mins for our table and had a drink at the bar while waiting (we had a reservation). Not going back!
I've always said Figo is one of my favourite spots because my first 2 visits (service, food quality/taste, speed of getting my food, etc) were outstanding. However, my last visit was the total opposite and quite disappointing. Our server was okay, not as friendly as I was used to getting but not too bad, our mains took forever to arrive (I think at least 30-40 minutes but we didn't follow up since the place was obviously busy) and was surprisingly bland and subpar compared to when I got the same dish twice before. We sat outside and it started to drizzle a little towards the end of our night, not bad enough that we wanted to ask to move to another table, but it would've been nice if we were offered the option. Overall, this visit was just so "meh" that I might not even consider coming back for sometime. Again, not sure if that's because it was so busy that evening, but still, I would've expected more since I've been there before and always raved about Figo to other people.
There seemed to be too many servers. Didn't know who to ask when we wanted something.
Food and service was good. Location and outside patio is amazing but noise is a problem inside and out
Took over an hour to get our food - people that were seated well after us got their food before us. When the server arrived she forgot to punch in one of the pizzas. So we had to wait an additional 10-15 mins and there was not apology for the inconvenience. Not worth it for the amount your paying and the pizza was drenched in sauce, minimal cheese and very soggy/flimsy.
The meal was fantastic as were the cocktails. Good value for money.
Vacation treat while volunteering for and attending TIFF. Great service. Nice seat on the patio to enjoy what’s left of summer. My pasta was delicious 😋
So much fun at FIGO during TIFF! Service was very friendly and prompt. Food and cocktails were very good indeed. Definitely now a go to spot.
We visited Figo for lunch during the Toronto International Film Festival. The wood fired pizza was delicious! We ordered the Mushroom, the Margherita and the House Sausage pizzas and finished with the Tiramisu and Chocolate Almond Torta for dessert! All were amazing! The service was excellent! A+
Appetizers were excellent but the main entree’s were just Ok
Lovely service, excellent food with a good patio (unfortunately subject to construction noise from an adjacent high rise project).
I visited with my family on Labour day. Although I was disappointed they had only brunch offerings and not the full menu (we could've been told so when I made the reservation, particularly considering that I made specific questions about the menu), I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and ended up having a good time. Will definitely come back.
Not very good service. Compared to other italian restaurants, it is not worth it.
I asked for an appetizer, but if you look at it after tip and taxes was over $26 and it was the size of a very small plate with three pieces of octopus. Taste was very good, but completely overpriced
Selection of wine is middle of the road but they price it as it is vintage . My pizza tasted like if it was made with sweet ketchup rather than tomato paste.
Manager was quite good, place, not really
Food was great! Service was great as well. Would definitely recommend.
Wonderful experience, attentive staff and very accommodating. Will definitely go back for dinner or cocktails. Thanks for a great evening.
Figo was good, but more expensive than expected. The service was good, the food was delicious and the wine list extensive.
Overall we had a good time at Figo. It was easy making a reservation on open table. The restaurant had beautiful decor and a nice patio. I didn’t find the menu had a ton of options. The antipasto was good but the main courses were limited.
