Always comforting to return to a familiar setting and have the service and food not miss a beat. The atmosphere was bright and airy, and the food was excellent.
A few things missing off the menu because they had run out. Very disappointing as we have our go-tos which is why we keep coming back.
The service and food were great, started with the Chef's Favourites charcuterie board which included prosciutto, cheese, home baked bread, it was fantastic as a fairly frequent visitor to Italy I say it was like being in Italy. We also ordered the Squash Fritti, unfortunately not available. As a main I had bison pasta and the a two in our party had a pepperoni pizza and a N'Duja Pizza. The food took a while as the Pizza oven was very busy. I noticed a few patrons that ordered just pasta received their food much quicker. The pizza was fantastic, the crust is the best. We were full and skipped desert. We also had Punch Americano and Peroni beer. I was told the Punch Americano was fantastic as well. Excellent night out
Food didn’t taste great, nothing special. Even worse, not good for the gram either. Would recommend only for the ambience. Our waiter, though, kept pushing us to order and get the bill. Not a great experience.
Food was excellent but the interior table layout was too packed in.
Energetic noise level? Absolutely excruciating. Everyone has to shout to hear each other, so noise gets even worse. Thanks but no. I like to have relaxing conversation not go deaf.
We had brunch and everything was wonderful
Service was fast and on-point. The food was great, drinks pack a punch! The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful as well in terms of ambience and what it has to offer. Very convenient parking right across the street. Would highly recommend, and we will be back!
Food took too long
Amazing food and amazing service! There was a bit of a rush when we got there but our waitress took care of all her tables well! Additionally, we did have some issues coming into the city and the hostess accommodated our changing times for dinner. Recommend going here to everyone. The food was delicious and worth every penny!
Food was delicious. Atmosphere was beautiful. Will definitely return!
I used to like Figo, but yesterday's experience was a tad disappointing.
We dined at 5:30 so it might excuse the zucchini fritters from their oily taste,
as the deep fryer might not have been hot enough.
I mentioned it to the waitress who was blase about it.
My partner loved their taste but thought his chicken was just O.K.
The vegetarian pizza was more like a cracker.
My food was burnt and inedible but brought a client to lunch so didn’t feel I had the freedom to say smth without bringing about some awkwardness. Too bad I’ve come back twice in the last week and second time was awful.
Food was cold.
Great food and service and atMosphere
Beautiful atmosphere with the open kitchen. Great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pasta (both the boar bucatini and short rib pastas) was unfortunately too al dente, so it was a bit hard. Arugula salad and lemon olive oil cake were delicious.
Went for dinner around 4:30 pm, food was fast, service was great.
The food was great as usual! I was disappointed because this was a birthday dinner for my boyfriend and I added a special note through OpenTable for dessert to be brought out at the end with Happy Birthday written on the plate. Maybe it was busy or the message was missed, but I was really looking forward to surprising him and it never happened.
Eveything was ok but the 1.5 hour window they give you is not enough. In their defence they did warn me when booking and when I arrived but it is just not enough time. We had to eat our desert at the bar. Unfortunately, because Of this I won’t be going back until this is changed to at least 2 hours. Everything else was fine though.
Great service, a bit loud for a conversation but was an enjoyable experience
Best fried zucchini of my life. Serving sizes were appropriate rather than overwhelming. Service was outstanding. I found the music a bit too loud. Overall, would definitely go back.
Service was horrible and so was the food. Nothing available
It was great. My only complaint was th music was TOO loud
Devin the bartender went above and beyond to make our experience and special occasion the best! Thank you Devin!
Great food and really good people. Always a pleasure to dine at FIGO.
Went with a friend after work. Really enjoyed the food and the service. I had the Figo Spritz before dinner, which was a bit disappointing. I had the Bucatini Ragu as my main and would highly recommend it.
Just all over the place. From getting order wrong, to items missing, to no tea or hot chocolate available, to no hot sauce , waiting for condiments, 20 minutes for orange juice.
Not a great place for a girls brunch, very disorganized. Overall very disappointing
Did not have one of the main entrees we wanted. One of the reasons we went there in the first place.
Nice service, really loud.
Excellent food, great service, but a little noisy.
Linguine a little too lemony. Fried zucchini always a delight.
The food was delicious and flavorful. I loved the ambiance, and enjoyed my time here. The service was fantastic too!
Good vibe, restaurant staff was very friendly and welcoming
Music was a little loud but otherwise food and service were very good.
Pleasant and nice ambiance.
Everything was fabulous; excellent service; wonderful food and wine.
Our lunch at Figo was very enjoyable. It was the first time I'd been there since the start of the pandemic. The arugula salad was an excellent appetizer. I'd wanted the eggplant parmesan for the main, but was told it was not available, so ordered the bucatini (which I'd had on a previous visit) instead - noting that I had really wanted the eggplant. The waiter came back about 10 minutes after our party placed its orders to tell me that the kitchen was in fact able to make the eggplant and asked if I still wanted to order it. I did - and it was excellent. The extra attention was very much appreciated. The rest of the party had porchetta, bucatini and pepperoni pizza - all of which received high marks. Dessert was gelato and cappuccino, and complemented the meal perfectly. It was a great way to come back to one of my favorite restaurants.
This may be a good spot for the young crowd, but the noise level was far too high to have a conversation which spoiled our visit. The eggplant parmesan was not well done - dry and not spiced well.
I've always wanted to try this restaurant because it seemed like a great place to sit, chat and eat--and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The place is super clean, the waiters/waitresses are friendly and helpful, the food is *SO* delicious and reasonably priced. I will for sure be going back again
