   Service has been lacking lately. Also lack of simple accommodations is frustrating (asked to add prosciutto to margharita pizza and told no, wanted the spaghetti with meatball appetizer combined....dishes brought separately and told they are made at different stations and can't be combined).

   We went there for lunch, and it was very noisy. The starter was good. The pizza dough was very good too but the onion and prosciutto mixture was not.

   Nice pizzas, best value for money in the menu. The other dishes got mixed reviews from our party of 5, and portions were on the small side. The fried zuchinni with a mix of citrus and sweet sauce was great to share, fried and battered but interesting flavours. The place is nice, windows all around, pleasant. Service was good.

   They served me normal pasta after telling them I have a gluten allergy. I was on the toilet for the remainder of the day and they didn’t even comp my meal. I legit paid to be sick.

   First time dining at Figo and it was wonderful. The service and food were both outstanding. Tony was our server and he was fabulous! He made our dining experience so positive. He was attentive and knowing exactly when we needed our water and wine refilled to checking in with us just enough times to ensure we were happy with everything, and always with a smile. Will definitely be back when we visit the city!!!

   We had the kale salad with chilli oil and it was delicious! Pizzas are excellent. Great ambience, terrific service. Highly recommend!

    This restaurant was hard to find unless you were looking UP for a sign on the building. The restaurant was very noisy. Food was very good, but over-priced. E.g Pasta dish came in a very shallow dish - making it look like a full plate but really very little there compared to other establishments. Service personal were friendly but not very attentive.

    We arrived early and were led to a good table in a warm area. The waiter provided drinks while we waited for our friends. The menu offered lots of variety. The pasta dishes were excellent. The focaccia with olives was enjoyed by all. We missed salad as it was not offered. My husband ordered the pork belly and enjoyed it. Ambiance was okay but a bit of a cafeteria atmosphere with a sticky table and no placemats. The service was outstanding. We would certainly recommend and would return.

    tables perhaps too close together. neighbours were filming themselves eat, kind of uncomfortable. otherwise good, service etc all very good.

    When reserving I made mention it was a special occasion. My daughter birthday. We arrived just before noon and first person in restaurant. Hostess chooses to place us at the table beside washroom entrance and server stand. Immediately put me in a bad mood considering all the other options given restaurant was empty. So I asked for a different table Had lemon linguini w shrimp n was a bit fishy tasting but my daughter liked her pasta option Server was very nice

    Absolutely delicious. I went with friends & we each ordered a different cocktail; they were all amazing. The calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had. The truffle & mushroom pizza made me tear up it was so good. I also recommend the meatballs, cacio e pepe, and the broccolini. It was a beautiful meal. I can’t wait to go back.

    Service was excellent. Our host recommended, wine and appetizers for us to start with. Pizza was great, also a recommendation from the waiter who is actually the bartender. Restaurant was nice but the tables and chairs were rather beat up chipped and scratched. Looks like the place needs a refresh.

    My second visit to Figo. Delicious food. Some dishes pricey, some reasonable, so lots of options. We loved the porchetta, bucatini ragu, and the mushroom side dish. Wonderful atmosphere! Good service by all staff and accommodating. Host very friendly and accommodating to our change from 3 customers to 4 customers with mobility accommodations. Server was busy so she didn't notice that one of our party wasn't eating much and didn't check on her enjoyment (It was just too spicy for her taste; nothing actually wrong with the meal.) Overall though, good service by the wait staff and bussers. Only other feedback is that it was very challenging to get through to them by phone during the day (even though they were open) when we wanted to update/change our reservation details. Kept getting sent to voicemail. Overall a great meal in a lovely restaurant and would definitely recommend.

    We went to Figo to celebrate my mom's birthday. They moved us to a nicer spot, the food was delicious and our server was so attentive (I wish I caught her name). We chose this spot because it was close to Princess of Wales Theatre and had to have a quick dinner before our show. Our server did everything she could to make sure we had a good experience, despite it being a short one.

    This was our first visit - food was good - but we were very surprised at the run-down state of the furniture and restrooms - paint chipped on chairs and tables as an example. It looks really modern and pretty from the outside which is why I chose it for our group - along with a very slick website and a lovely brunch menu. So to see the inside was a bit disappointing.

    Had a lovely meal with friends. We shared the warm olives and focaccia, gnocchi, and burrata pizza. Everything was delicious, and the service was very nice, attentive, but certainly not overly intrusive.

    We had excellent service and the staff were very considerate of our timelines to make our show. They also had helpful suggestions for the menu and drinks after listening to our tastes. We LOVED several of our apps (the carpaccio was incredible) and while our main pizza dish was delicious, it was somewhat charred and there was a significant portion of the outer crust we didn’t consume. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by our desserts. The esthetic of the restaurant was pleasing (we really enjoyed the open kitchen). Tables are a little tight and with the open space sound does travel.

    The food was hit & miss. Carpaccio was salty, Zucchini fritti oily, Linguine al Limone excellent, Rigatoni Amatriciana was tasty but pancetta cooked to death and hard as a rock.

    Went on a Friday night, wonderful service and cocktails. The pasta and appetizers were awesome. Recommend: Zucchini Fritti, Burrata, and Linguine al Limone! The seating is strange, sat on a couch way too short, felt like we were eating at a coffee table at home.
