Was a lovely evening out in the tent warmed by the fire. Food was good, wait staff were wonderful.

The food was amazing. The service was also outstanding! Everyone working there is super nice and makes it worth every penny.

Only the cold November weather and CV19 protocol could dampen this evening. Otherwise, FIGO is a staple for our family. Food, service and ambiance are excellent. The bruschetta was divine, the pepper pasta abundant and the pizza delicious. Under normal times this place is a gem. I can only thank the owners for staying open through these tough times, keeping staff employed and following strict CV19 protocol.

During these Covid times with outdoor "tent dining", we really didn't expect it to be exactly the same as before, but when you have a great team, nothing changes.

Servers are the best in the industry! - Food, always the highest quality and preparation is authentic. The Cacio e Pepe can be hit or miss at some places, but here, you would swear you were in Rome.

What a perfectly adapted experience at Figo. I felt like they have maintained their standard on food, drinks and service. We loved it!

We had a lovely evening at their semi covered and heated patio decorated with lights - such a warm and cozy ambience. The service was great and so was the food. Although I would have liked to see more vegetarian options on the menu but overall we had a lovely dinner experience at figo.

We really liked the fire wood, food was good, wine was very good, but not happy too much with the service.

My friend and I get to the restaurant and we are seated right away and the host was amazing. Very friendly and polite. The ambiance and environment of this place was absolutely amazing lots of laughter great lights beautiful decor. Our waiter was not the best though. He didn’t speak to us or ask to take our order until 30 minutes after we had sat down. He also sloshed water all over the table when he poured the water. The food came and we ordered 2 started both of them were not great. The mains were good though. Our waiter delivered our food and we didn’t see him again for the rest of the night. I had to ask a waitress at another table for our bill. The not great service kind of wrecked our dinner...I had been really looking forward to dining here and had heard amazing things but was disappointed. Thank you to the lovely waitress who brought us the bill at the end of the night.

Overall a nice place. We were not too happy with the table that we were given, it was far from all heaters, so we got cold pretty fast. Food was ok. Great service though, I wish they let us change the table though.

Overall amazing experience at Figo! The staff was attentive and helpful, the food was amazing and the ambience on the heat-lamped, fire-pitted patio was fantastic. And surprisingly warm. Go! You won't regret it.

Had a Great time ! Indoor dining was closed due to COVID however they had a nice setup with a tent, fireplace, and lights/covered roof/ Will definitely come back !

Super fantastic food, wine and service! I was unsure which wine to pick, the hostess recommended two kinds based on my taste requirement and brought me two taters which did not disappoint. She was also mindful of our seating as we wanted somewhere warm and let us pick our table close to a cosy fire pit.

Let me start by saying the service was INCREDIBLE. The staff were welcoming, friendly and made the experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend it to anybody and will 100% be back.

Loved our night at Figo. Amazing food, and incredible staff! They had to deal with a full patio, temperatures dropping and a rain storm blowing the tent fabric around. Was inspiring to see them all work together. What a team! We loved it and will for sure go back!!

The server took 25 minutes to even put water on the table then another 20 to ask what we wanted to order for a drink (we didn't have a drink on the table for a full hour, no exaggerating). After we started ordering food he informed us that the menu we were looking at online wasn't accurate and only then did he bring us the QR for their current menu. He also did not last call us for food. We would have spent another $100 each had we been served adequately. Food was great, as always.

They have done a very good job with getting creative with their patio during these challenged times. Tents provided shelter from rain, and beneath the tent they had plants, and fireplaces for warmth and ambiance. Overall good experience.

Great servers and host ! They were very friendly and great service. The pizza was delicious. They brought over a nice heat warmer outside so we could enjoy our meal.

Had the zuchini to start - nothing special. Decent apps.
Their pizza dough was a little soggy. Yet had good ingredients.
The pasta was decent. So Ill give them props on that.
However service was very slow. They were understaffed and wait times were high.

We were so impressed! We have been coming to celebrate our "first date" night for years at Figo and are always leaving so happy- full of amazing food, amazing staff and just such a personable experience. Their set up and covid precautions are so well done and we will be back very soon! Thank you Figo :)

Bad customer service. We were 3 when we asked for bruschetta appetizer and incredibly came TWO small pieces of bread to split into 3 people. No notes on the menu and when asked to the waitress she barely gave attention and no customer care. I chose this place to celebrate my bday and it was frustrating.

love this spot came here a few weeks ago and it was great!
Came on Friday and the service wasn't the best or the food.
Ordered an app and our server forgot, we had to ask him once main arrived..
Second our food wasn't as great as last time didn't seem as fresh (ordered the same pasta).
Third I had to ask for our drinks numerous times (ordered 6 in total ) and every time our server would say it was the bar.. however it was a quiet night and another server got my drink before our actual server as he noticed I was looking around for ours.
No apologies were ever made.. just kept blaming his forgetfulness on others

First time here. Won’t be out last. Very nicely laid out interior. Open concept. Beautiful wood fired oven. Fresh pasta, fresh pizza. All made in house. Gnocchi was delicious. Margherita pizza was sublime. Even the simple pasta with sauce was fantastic. Gelato was sublime. Pleasant staff. Excellent service!!

I found the menu rather simple. I ordered the seafood risotto was a bit too "soupy" and the rice did not have the right consistency.
The food was good, nothing impressive.
I would recommend the "Crudo" appetizer which was the highlight of my meal.

I made reservations very last minute on a Saturday night and it was my birthday. I will def be going back and def recommend this restaurant the service was exceptional everyone was polite, kind and overall just damn good at providing outstanding service! Our server Mara needs to be commended she was so lovely and that’s what made the experience! All her recommendations were great! Like I said I def will be going back the music the vibe the drinks highly recommend

Delicious Caesar Salad - highly recommend. Good cocktails as well. Tiramisu was surprisingly poor for Italian restaurant; tasted almost sour and couldn’t taste the coffee- do not recommend.
