The staff was friendly and super accommodating. They helped us celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday with a fire background from the grill and they let me set the cake up and serve it right there at the table. Super happy mama!

I'm from Boston and have eaten at the Boston locations multiple times. The management has clearly set a bar for service and quality - this place was just as good (food and experience) as I've enjoyed in the past - my guests loved it.

We made reservations and realized we weren’t going to make it on time so we called to let them know that we were going to be late and we were able to get a later reservation with no problem. Upon arriving at the restaurant, we immediately noticed that it was freezing in the restaurant and commented about how cold it was and the hostess that greeted us agreed. We also noticed that the place was close to empty.We asked our server if they could turn the air conditioner down and she replied that the manager was aware and probably wouldn’t change it. We proceeded to get our food and I was disappointed with the sauce flavors, but the cook was friendly and cooked the food well. I went to the salad bar and noticed that all the plates looked like they needed to be cleaned. I chose a bowl instead. Overall, I was not impressed with the restaurant. It could’ve been in any Mall Food Court.

Service was poor understaffed, made reservations still took 1/2 hr to be seated requested outside was seated inside when requested outside was told we would need to wait longer hence the understaffed, cooks were seating people.

Great environment especially for the large party that we had. Service was slow, the bar tenders especially slow would have gotten more drinks but didn’t have the opportunity. But other than that it was great the food was good and had a very fun time

We celebrated my mother and aunt’s (twins) 75th birthday! We had a party of 21 people including 2 kids under 10 yrs. We sat on the front patio with plenty of shaded umbrellas to cover us from the early evening heat. The hosts, wait staff, the chefs… everyone was kind, accommodating, and super helpful for the whole event. The food was delicious! Our family has decided that this will be our gathering location for upcoming celebrations. Fantastic all the way around!

Our food was fair due to the cook over cooking our food and i think it was because he was the only one cooking and he wasn't very pleasant. Also, the wait for our food was so long that our drinks got watered down and were not enjoyable. Our server was pleasant and accomodating. I was really disappointed becuase it was my husband's birthday and we really enjoying going to Fire & ice.

The food quality had declined since the last time I had dined at Fire+Ice. I had been looking forward to returning there since I had a very positive experience in my previous visit several years ago. However, sadly I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

They can make anything during their brunch from omelets and French toast to Philly cheesesteaks and noodles/pasta is fantastic. And it all tastes great! Your biggest problem would be deciding what to get, but you have 2 hours and that's plenty of time to eat-digest, eat-digest, then eat-digest again. Best and most cost-effective brunch I've been to in a LONG WHILE! <3

This like my six time going to fire and ice and this time was a little different. I get the 6 or more thing where they will add the extra 18% on your bill, but this time I felt that was uncall for due to the fact it was self serve. We had to serve ourselves then take it to the cook so they can cook our food. This is the chef’s job to cook for a lot of people not just including our, but just in general. I had two babies at our table that really didn’t get to eat they had ate from our plate of whatever we ate. It was a real slow day the cook had took a 30min break because nobody was in the restaurant. My question is why did we get charged the extra 18% ? The only thing the lady did was just brought us two sodas and once again why charge the extra 18% ? I understand going to a restaurant where they take your order and etc with a group of 6 or more plus they bring out your food than I have no issues with the extra 18% but that was not the case.

Something for everyone ! And cheaper than most regular buffets ! Fun center to walk around after, too. Service was great and drinks hit the spot. We will be back !

We had a party of 5 adults. And 2 separate checks. 4 people and 1 person. We were BOTH charged an 18% gratuity and the server / waitress was not great. Attitude, not attentive. So she automatically got a $25 tip for doing nothing but bringing our drinks, we go up to get our own food. Usually we really enjoy going and the food is good. But I have handing my hard earned money over for nothing. So watch your checks people. Other than that. It was a good time. We went at 11am on Sunday morning and were 1 of 2 parties in the whole place for about 20 mins

Love that picky eaters can choose what they want to eat! Wish there was a bit more space and options, but enjoyed our experience.
