    En arrivant, notre table n'était pas prête. Apparemment que la personne à qui j'avais fait la réservation n'avait pas transmis le message. On nous a monté une table rapidement, bien qu'assez inconfortable. Le service était une vraie catastrophe. Notre serveur avait l'air saoul et était totalement inefficace, malhabile et vraiment pas sympathique. Nous n'avons pas de verres d'eau et Monsieur s'impatiente lorsque nous le lui demandons. Il retire les verres à vin (pourquoi?) et s'impatiente lorsque que nous commandons du vin et qu'il doit les replacer. Il nous demande comment est notre repas et je lui dit que ma côte de bœuf 14 onces est trop cuite (j'ai demandé le plus saignant possible et j'ai reçu une viande grise et trop cuite). Il me répond, offusqué, que nous avons mangé la meilleure côte de bœuf à Montréal. Ayant travaillé en restauration gastronomique pendant 20 ans et enseignant désormais dans une école hotelière réputée, je n'ai jamais été témoin d'un si mauvais service et cet homme ne devrait plus servir aux tables car il n'a visiblement pas les "social skills" pour le faire et endommage la réputation du Firegrill. Nous sommes des clients relativement réguliers du Firegrill (3-4 fois par année) et nous n'y retournerons plus, c'est certain.

    Took 10 mins before someone came to see us. When the waitress showed up, she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Her shirt was heavily creased and she looked very uninviting. Appetizer was forgotten, so she attempted to cover it up by suggesting that it would be brought out with dinner. Some of our meals didn’t arrived as asked, was told it was a kitchen error. Mens bathroom had a $5 led flickering, thought it was Halloween. A 30 second fix to make it look right. When there’s so many choices, you need to make sure yours is first class. I wouldn’t go back.

    First time at Firegrill and surely not the last time. Food was amazing, we ordered a caesar salad, grilled octopus and french onion soup with baby back ribs & shrimps. Everything was delicious. The service was fast, super nice and professional. Highly recommended.

    Perfect place for a steak. They always get the level right. The crème brûlée is a hidden gem here. One of the best in town.

    Maybe my expectations were too high but the food was just OK, I had to drive 30 minutes to get there so if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't. There are better options where I live. The restaurant is very nice inside and the prices are reasonable so that's a plus. But a grade of C+ is all I can give!

    This was our first visit as we are from out of town. The service was great as was the atmosphere. Food was just okay. We ordered medium rare prime rib and were warned it would be medium but still have some pink. It came well done although still tender. We’re surprised at how empty the restaurant was on a Friday. It seems like a great place.

    Had brown wilted lettuce in starter salad Ordered chicken and ribs and chicken breast was way too salty! In 2 years quality has gone down and Definitely needs improvement!

    You'd think it would be easier to find a steakhouse that does a good steak, but you'd be wrong. This however was good, the steak was perfectly cooked to our requests and we'll seasoned. Our starters (french onion soup and caesar salad) missed the mark slightly and it would've been nice to have more non-alcoholic drink options but we were left satisfied and that's all we wanted.

    My husband, my daughter and I went for dinner for Father’s Day. They had trouble finding a table for us despite the fact that we had reservations. They appeared to be short staffed as several tables were vacated but were not cleared. The ambiance was dated and dark and had no style. The prime roast was very good as was the salmon. The seared tuna salad was average, lacking in dressing and real flavour. Perhaps lunch is a better time to go to this restaurant

    Le poulet popcorn de mon fils n’etait pas cuit, il a fallu le faire refaire. Mon steak medium bien cuit etait quasiment bleue. Je dirais que le service est bien mais le cook à beaucoup à apprendre c’était décevant honnêtement…

    A bit cold in our section right under the air conditioning, so our steaks cooled quickly. Service was a bit off, salad came several minutes after the main meal, coffee came late. I've been here several times and this is the first time this happened.

    Le repas était très bon et l’ambiance aussi mais le service laissait un peu à désirer malheureusement. La serveuse a oublié plusieurs item, elle s’est trompée sur nos 3 additions et l’attente était longue malgré le fait que le restaurant n’était pas rempli. Une chance que nous étions en bonne compagnie.

    Prime rib was overdone and mashed potatoes were on the cold side. Both tasted good though. Martini was good but overpriced at 18.00.

    Two of us had rib steaks; difficult to cut even though the knives were excellent. Almost impossible to chew. The other gentleman had roast beef and said he enjoyed it. The manager apologized for the ribs but all he offered was a free soft drink. Should have sent them back. We are only a third of the steaks. Went there twice...first and last!

    I ordered a Prime rib French dip sandwich and received a spinach and artichoke dip instead. I ate it anyway because the others had received their order and we had to move along. If the waiter did not understand my order, he should have asked me to repeat it. Very disappointing.

    We had a special lunch with old friends, who are also fans of the Firegrill. Wonderful Sinatra Martinis and fabulous prime rib which is not available to us in Gaspe'. Thank you for the lovely experience.

    Ordered 3 medium rare prime rib steaks finished on the gril. They came well done. Apparently they sold the rare parts. Instead in medium and they said fine but not finished on the grill. We ended up with 3 rare steaks not finished on the grill. Disaster. Service was also mediocre. Asked for a glass of wine with the food, it did not come, yet I was charged for it. Not going there again. The downtown location is much better.

    Food was very good. Waiter needs more seasoning. We were four people and got our food one person at a time with 2 people getting their food 10 minutes after the first 2... Also once we received our food we never saw the waiter again throughout our meal. We had to flag down another waiter to get us drinks as we were never offered additional refills or even water! At the end all i can say is the restaurant and food were very good but the waiter was either very inexperienced or just not good at his job...

    Me and my fiancee had a Friday dinner, she had the peppercorn Manhattan with baked potato, I had the New York strip loin with mushroom sauce (extra). The sauce was exquisite, 10/10. The steak I had was also 10/10, cooked medium rare to perfection and seasoning was amazing, the marbling was great on that cut and every bite was juicy. The fries were good, the cuts are a bit small but was a good portion. The price reflected the quality of our meal, but it was a nice treat. We were served by a waitress in training I believe (did not catch her name) and she was doing great! Would recommend trying them out!
