    This was our first visit as we are from out of town. The service was great as was the atmosphere. Food was just okay. We ordered medium rare prime rib and were warned it would be medium but still have some pink. It came well done although still tender. We’re surprised at how empty the restaurant was on a Friday. It seems like a great place.

    Had brown wilted lettuce in starter salad Ordered chicken and ribs and chicken breast was way too salty! In 2 years quality has gone down and Definitely needs improvement!

    You'd think it would be easier to find a steakhouse that does a good steak, but you'd be wrong. This however was good, the steak was perfectly cooked to our requests and we'll seasoned. Our starters (french onion soup and caesar salad) missed the mark slightly and it would've been nice to have more non-alcoholic drink options but we were left satisfied and that's all we wanted.

    My husband, my daughter and I went for dinner for Father’s Day. They had trouble finding a table for us despite the fact that we had reservations. They appeared to be short staffed as several tables were vacated but were not cleared. The ambiance was dated and dark and had no style. The prime roast was very good as was the salmon. The seared tuna salad was average, lacking in dressing and real flavour. Perhaps lunch is a better time to go to this restaurant

    Le poulet popcorn de mon fils n’etait pas cuit, il a fallu le faire refaire. Mon steak medium bien cuit etait quasiment bleue. Je dirais que le service est bien mais le cook à beaucoup à apprendre c’était décevant honnêtement…

    A bit cold in our section right under the air conditioning, so our steaks cooled quickly. Service was a bit off, salad came several minutes after the main meal, coffee came late. I've been here several times and this is the first time this happened.

    Le repas était très bon et l’ambiance aussi mais le service laissait un peu à désirer malheureusement. La serveuse a oublié plusieurs item, elle s’est trompée sur nos 3 additions et l’attente était longue malgré le fait que le restaurant n’était pas rempli. Une chance que nous étions en bonne compagnie.

    Two of us had rib steaks; difficult to cut even though the knives were excellent. Almost impossible to chew. The other gentleman had roast beef and said he enjoyed it. The manager apologized for the ribs but all he offered was a free soft drink. Should have sent them back. We are only a third of the steaks. Went there twice...first and last!

    I ordered a Prime rib French dip sandwich and received a spinach and artichoke dip instead. I ate it anyway because the others had received their order and we had to move along. If the waiter did not understand my order, he should have asked me to repeat it. Very disappointing.

    We had a special lunch with old friends, who are also fans of the Firegrill. Wonderful Sinatra Martinis and fabulous prime rib which is not available to us in Gaspe'. Thank you for the lovely experience.

    Ordered 3 medium rare prime rib steaks finished on the gril. They came well done. Apparently they sold the rare parts. Instead in medium and they said fine but not finished on the grill. We ended up with 3 rare steaks not finished on the grill. Disaster. Service was also mediocre. Asked for a glass of wine with the food, it did not come, yet I was charged for it. Not going there again. The downtown location is much better.

    Food was very good. Waiter needs more seasoning. We were four people and got our food one person at a time with 2 people getting their food 10 minutes after the first 2... Also once we received our food we never saw the waiter again throughout our meal. We had to flag down another waiter to get us drinks as we were never offered additional refills or even water! At the end all i can say is the restaurant and food were very good but the waiter was either very inexperienced or just not good at his job...

    Me and my fiancee had a Friday dinner, she had the peppercorn Manhattan with baked potato, I had the New York strip loin with mushroom sauce (extra). The sauce was exquisite, 10/10. The steak I had was also 10/10, cooked medium rare to perfection and seasoning was amazing, the marbling was great on that cut and every bite was juicy. The fries were good, the cuts are a bit small but was a good portion. The price reflected the quality of our meal, but it was a nice treat. We were served by a waitress in training I believe (did not catch her name) and she was doing great! Would recommend trying them out!

    Server was ok, but never tried to do more. Forgot the condiment platter for the kid’s burger. Mashed potatoes and onion soup were flavorless and I think the chef got a special on green onions since it was used everywhere for garnish which often threw the flavor off.

    Souper en amoureux, près du feu… Nous avons moi et ma femme pris chacun un filet mignon 8oz et un extra de crevettes dans mon cas, notre repas était hors pair , la cuisson était parfaite, la saveur exquise… Souper accompagné d’un excellent Barolo… Merci à toute l’équipe du FireGrill pour cette merveilleuse expérience gastronomique…

    Service is great, the waiter was always checking up. Food is delicious, got nothing to complain. Quiet and cozy environment, great for having meaningful conversations. Overall great experience, definitely will make my second visit.

    Très accueillant et très différents comme ambiance à comparer le fire grill au centre-ville. Le fire grill de ville saint-Laurent a une atmosphère beaucoup plus détendue et la personne à l’accueil est très souriante. Le serveur aussi très aimable. L’ambiance est beaucoup plus accueillante et chaleureuse qu’au centre-ville. La nourriture est toujours aussi excellente que le restaurant du centre-ville. Bravo

    Our reservation was well respected! We were served very well & efficiently! The food was very good & hot. We enjoyed a bottle of wine from the reserve stock. A bit overpriced but it’s expected! We were pretty full by the end of our meal and couldn’t have dessert! Maybe next time as there will definitely be a next time!! FireGrill restaurant is a place to go for sure !!!! Enjoy !!

    My filet was butterflyed, overcooked and salty. What a shame to do that to such a nice cut of beef. I could not eat it as it was soo dry. Warning: they put deep fried onions on the ceasar salad and the dressing was way too garlicky. The noise was soo loud that I couldn't hear my partner. They didn't charge us for my meal and the manager never even bothered to come over to find out why I did not eat it. Would not recommend or go there again.

    Very cold where we sat near the front door. Food was not up to par.. potatoes tasted as though they were from a box piled under loose spinach. Everything extra or exchange for an item was additional $3.00. Table D'hote was very pricey.. almost double the price of a year ago. Felt this was a little unfair.
