We always enjoy our happy hour! Service is always excellent. Food is always prepared right.
Still good food and great service but an update is needed urgently
Good place for special events.
Celebrating Father’s Day. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The restaurant was very inviting, and we will definitely be back.
Everything was good besides the restaurant running a bit behind with our reservations. This was me taking my family here for the first time and I had reserved a table for us however when I arrived promptly, I was told they were behind and it’ll be couple minutes before we could get seated. I was a bit upset because this was Father’s Day and I’m a timely person. I Would’ve thought when I came the table would’ve been nearly ready for me. But it wasn’t. We waited an extra 20 minutes. So I didn’t really understand the reservations part. Why create one when you’re gonna make me wait anyways. Other than that service was great and food was spectacular. My family had a good time.
I did not the quality of food that talk of the town used to provide. It wasn’t the same. We went for the steak and it did not have that grill flavor. The cook was not on point of the two steaks. Had the quality been what it was for years, I can understand the price, but not with what I experienced this week. The sushi, wine, cauliflower were great. The kids fries were not cooked through. The scallops had no flavor. The bisque was thin. The mushrooms did not have the sautéed flavor as before. The potatoes were good, not the same, but good. The calamari was fantastic!
We just moved to the area and dined at FishBones for Father’s Day. My mother had the sea bass and my husband had the mahi mahi, both said it was very bland. I had the filet mignon and it tasted very much like charcoal.
Once the server was done with serving our food he kind of disappeared. Waited on refills for our drinks, no water refills.
We decided to order dessert, which was delicious. However we asked for a water refill and never saw him again after the bill was paid.
Was not impressed with our experience. Definitely won’t be returning.
AMAZING FOOD! AMAZING SERVICE! Very expensive lol but you get what you pay for!
Prime rib was medium instead of medium rare. Artichoke appetizer is very good. Shrimp with shrimp scampi was dry. Au gratin potatoes are very good. Food is okay but probably can find better food for the price and there are plenty of "upscale" restaurants in this area to choose from!
It was amazing the food was nice and fresh, and the waiter was very nice and was on time and gave us everything perfectly nice. This was a 5 out of 5 star experience.
Father’s Day (Early celebration). Reservations at 6:45pm but not seated till over 20 minutes later & we checked in early for our reservation by 6:25pm. When the hostess walked to FINALLY seat us, the older waiter who evidently was the ‘most senior/experienced’ server on the team seemed ignorant to the fact that she was trying to walk us to our table. He (the senior server with over 35yrs in the restaurant family) just continued to chat-it-up to his assigned table. While we literally stood in stacked walking position until he barely provided an opportunity for us (party of 4) to walk thru. It was also embarrassing to have us in the way of the others trying to get by as we stood stuck in the narrow walk way. That literally set off the tone of our dinner on a disappointing note. The cigar smoke from the patio deck was noticeable and irritated my sinuses. But - otherwise Mia tried her best to make it a good experience for us.
Excellent food and service. When it's busy there is some hustle and bustle but the dining room is quiet.
Great place for date night. Tried 3 different tables to find the right one, but it was worth it! We really enjoyed the experience.
The food is so good. The happy hour menu is top notch but the meals are wonderful. Get the bacon and blue dirty martini, heavenly!
Great food, friendly and awesome staff! And fair prices.
My guest wanted Rum and Coke...only Pepsi products available and definitely not the same!
Sarah was an outstanding server!
"Birthday" edamame was appreciated surprise but over steamed...not to be ungrateful!
Felt closed off in the wine room beside the grill and table in the corner away from widows.
Shaun was an outstanding server and the manager on dutyWas also very welcoming and hospitable. Drinks and food we are all amazing
Our server 'Daniel' did a wonderful job of facilitating a tremendously enjoyable anniversary dinner! The onsite manager was gracious and attentive and food was outstanding. We intend to visit again soon. Cheers! Dr. Kim D. Ward
Awesome food !
Always a great spot for sushi!!! Service is always very good. Unfortunately, the beer selection is limited and they are consistently out of their best beers.
Everything was delicious, Robert was very attentive and the evening was a complete success. Couldn't have been better.
The blackened grouper was cooked to perfection. The filet kabob was also cooked perfectly and both had a wonderful wood grilled taste. The baked potato was huge and had great flavor and the garlic mashed potatoes were enough for four people. Prices were commensurate with the quality and the service was beyond compare. Don’t leave this restaurant without trying the sweet butter cake. It’s the best!
Server was great but service was extremely slow. This was a reflection of having too many tables.
Cocktails were awesome! The Tequila Old Fashioned’s are a must try. Charbroiled oysters were fair as they took over 30 minutes to arrive and were not cooked to order. Manager offered to comp them but they were still on our bill. My daughter and I enjoyed our sushi but my husband found his kabobs lacked favor.
Enjoyed the live music and patio.
Definitely will try again as I think this is reflective of the labor challenges in the industry.
SUPERCEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!
THANKS FOR THE HOSPITALITY!
Me and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary. This was my first time there and I was not disappointed . Our waiter was awesome. He took the time to recommend side dishes that would compliment our meal. Awesome customer service
Loved everything! We were celebrating a birthday,so the only disappointment was the carrot cake we brought home was stale and not at all tasty. 😬
We were there to celebrate my Birthday and we do not eat inside at any restaurants at this point. So we reserved a table 2 weeks ago outside for 6:00pm.
Out table unfortunately was in the sun, and 1 table away form the entertainment and his speakers. He was very loud, could not hear our friends and when our food came these massive FLYS attacked us and our food.
I understand the need for entertainment for this lovely outside venue, but maybe they should play for the Happy Hour crowd 4-600pm and take a break during the dinner Hour,
6:00pm to 7:00pm then start up again at 7:00 or so. The noise and the fly's actually ruined my birthday dinner at our favorite restaurant, as I really do enjoy our friends that joined us and I could not communicate with them because of the noise level.
Our server, Pastor, was incredible! Very friendly and attentive. We were celebrating our anniversary and there was a card waiting for us on the table. We were so ecstatic that Fish Bones went the extra mile to really make our dining experience superb. I highly recommend this restaurant! It was one of the best filets I had in my life. Thank you Fish Bones!
Disappointed - rebooked after a great dinner 2 weeks ago - tonight was a huge disappointment. Slow service, failure to check on us throughout dinner, no fresh pepper offered, no request for drink refreshment - and took 30 minutes o receive first round of cocktails ordered.
Everything was wonderful. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. New favorite
It had been several years since I'd been to Fish Bones with my girlfriends for cocktails and appetizers outdoors on the patio, so I decided to surprise my husband for his special birthday. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. We were seated at a cozy and private little booth in the corner, it was perfect to block out the rest of the world. Jeremy was our server, and he was very attentive, knowledgeable, and congenial. He helped us to make a couple of decisions, and we were just floored with the quality, attention to detail, and utter perfection of flavors, and fresh preparations. We started with the Grilled Artichokes -- OMG! We savored every morsel that was laid on a bed of Arugala and served with a rich mildly spicy golden mustardy sauce! The House Salad and Cheesy Garlic Bread were amazing, but I limited myself to less than a full portion to save room for my entree. I chose a special of Triggerfish (that was not on the menu) covered with a lightly creamy crabmeat topping. It was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, along with a heaping 'side' portion of Sauteed Mushrooms (that came home with me for later!). I actually brought my husband to offer him the Alaskan King Crab, but he instead opted for Sushi. He selected the made-to-order Volcano Roll and California Roll and was astonished at the incredible difference from other sushi that he thought he had enjoyed in the past. He's usually a very fast eater, but he took his time and slowly enjoyed every single bite to allow himself to experience all of the flavors that were bursting in each mouthful! We enjoyed engaging Jeremy in conversation throughout, as his time would allow. He was very pleasant and personable, yet he didn't hover or detract from our special occasion/celebration. We will definitely return, and request Jeremy when we do. Thank you Fish Bones for making our special date absolutely perfect.
The food portions are enormous. Very good quality food and flavors.
What a lovely festive evening. Delicious food generously served in a delightful environs. Our server was efficient personable and kind
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. It was his birthday and everyone from the time we arrived made sure to wish him well. We had wonderful grilled oysters and a colossal blue crab martini for appetizers followed by Chateaubriand . Our waiter Diego was very attentive to our needs throughout the meal.
Everything was "Superb" including the appetizer's, oysters on the half shell, escargot, and crab martini.
The service was "Excellent" with a waitress name "Dane", pronounced Dan-E.
She was great and made the meal even more enjoyable.
Had a nice night but our server was truly bad at drinks. She spilled wine every time she poured it, didn’t clean it up off the table or menu she spilled it on, spilled water on my mother after she had to flag down the server because her water was completely empty in the middle of our meal, she forgot to put in my cocktail orders both times I ordered them, and I had to flag her down to ask where my drink was twice and she each time she was surprised I had ordered a cocktail and had to check her writing pad just to apologize profusely that she had forgotten my drinks. All four steaks were cooked medium rare, while only two should have been, so 2 had to be cooked longer. The manager was kind and understanding of the complications, but it was definitely a level below the service I had come to expect at this location. Additionally, the atmosphere was below what I expected. Individuals in running shorts athletic tshirts and tennis shoes were in the main dining area, denim cutoff shorts and athletic wear were not my expectations. A rather rude patron took a FaceTime call at a high volume in the middle of our meal, and kept switching sides of the booth to make out with and feel up his wife. It was an odd night to say the least, and not the exceptional experience I am used to.
The food was Great and the servers were excellent
We had an amazing dinner at Fishbones to celebrate our son’s graduation! The service was excellent, our servers Skyland, Hannah and Ciara were attentive and helpful! Food and drinks were delish! Thankfully we were in a smaller room away from the crowd and tables were spaced apart nicely. Noise level was low so we could hear each other. Definitely recommend!
Post funeral family dinner for 14, wonderful meal and fabulous service!
David is the best server ever! Ask for him on your next visit!!!
