We have always had top shelf service and quality of food at Flemings. Last night was just ok. Our service was not up to what is expected. Slow on drink being returned full. Wife steak order well and it was under cooked. Just ok we will come back but just a little disappointed. Maybe next time

Always excellent in every way. Food and service was top notch. Rib eye and scallops were perfectly cooked. High quality ingredients prepared well. One of the best dirty martini's I've ever had. Tiny shards of ice floating on top. This was a birthday dinner for my father and he really loves steak, so he was very happy. We also had a concert to attend and the staff made sure our food came quickly. Chocolate lava cake was the grand finale. I really cannot say enough.

We had a very memorable experience at Fleming's. Our first visit was for my wife's birthday, and we chose an early seating time. Upon arrival friendly staff greeted us, promptly seated, and drink order taken right way. At the table, there was a nice birthday card, the wait staff introduced themselves, and service began. Our waiter, Tom, was highly informative about cocktail selection, wine pairing, and course offering. When our dinner arrived, we found the Filet cooked to a perfect Rare; if I had a thermometer, it would be right on at 125 degrees. Paired with a lobster tail, this was the perfect meal. Service throughout dinner was fantastic, and not one time did anyone neglected us. Fleming's set the bar for what others need to aspire to. We will be back. Thank you again Tom, we had a grand time.

Good service they were kind and took something off the bill we didn’t eat because it wasn’t good, without us asking. The alcohol wasn’t cheap however the drinks were I would say stronger then you would first think. The environment was good, and the bread they bring out premeal was excellent, they had a different type of butter I guess you could call it what was pink, and it was good.

We’ve eaten here quite a few times. It was our anniversary and our waiter was very kind and attentive. We ordered a wedge salad split and asked that it come out chopped. When they were brought out, they were not chopped so they took one back and had it chopped. So one of us was eating and the other waiting on the chopped salad. My husband didn’t want to make a fuss. I ordered a petite filet medium well and my husband the rib eye medium rare. They said it would be 20 minutes for the steaks which it did. When they brought my filet out it was under cooked and red inside. It should’ve been pink. This is a steak restaurant that should know how to cook a medium well steak. My husband started eating his rib eye and I took a bite of our creamed spinach - it was Luke warm! So my husband was eating alone and I was waiting for my steak and the heated creamed spinach. Another man brought them out and said dessert was on him which was kind but the filet was still not cooked right and it was a little fatty. The quality of the steaks has drastically changed and we won’t be eating here any longer. $240 for an average Anniversary dinner. We like having what should be a quality restaurant on the west side but will have to drive elsewhere to get a quality steak meal vs paying so much for a less than satisfactory one.

Flemings continues to offer a great experience from the moment you walk in the front door to the point where you are receiving the bill. Our server was amazing and Flemings always has assistance to the server that never fail to please. Their cuts of meat are like the middle of their name, says “prime”. Everything is exceptional. servers are fantastic very attentive to your needs while giving you lots of time to yourselves to enjoy the experience. It is your time there and they want you to enjoy your event or just simply a very nice higher end dining experience. hen making the reservation just mention if you want a more private booth are or more in the middle of the steakhouse. Everyone is very courteous, smiles all the time and very personable to your needs and just being super friendly and letting you enjoy. Food is exceptional. Steaks cooked perfectly. The onion soup was fantastic, dry age steak was perfect. The lava cake to finish was full of ooze and delightful to finish the meal. The lighting is very dim, but it creates the low keyed , enjoyable, quiet atmosphere. This is our favorite place for an occasion. They have a very small outdoor patio area. Nice bar for pre dinner beverages. You can also have a meal at the bar, there are booths at the bar area lso.

Husband and I celebrated an early valentines last night on 2/11. Our server, Tom was fabulous! Friendly, charismatic, and amazing at his job! Flemings isn’t an every day dining experience for us (I’m a stay at home mom of 3 and we’re a single income family), but the rare occasion we get to dine there… it’s always a great experience!
