   Put up in what was an extra room not the main dining area. Temperature was very cold and when asked about it we were told there was nothing they could do about it. Food was okay but definitely not worth the price. We have dined at Fleming’s several times and it has always been exceptional however, this time it was very disappointing.

   First time at Fleming’s and walked away disappointed. When we made the reservation we mentioned it was a Valentines date. Also when we arrived we told the hostess the same thing. We were seated at an open table right by the kitchen, very noisy. We asked to be moved and we were moved to the other side in another open table. Plenty of more intimate small booths open. The hostess was very nice but didn’t quite understand what romantic valentines date meant. Our server was professional and friendly, not issues with him. The food was below expectations! We both got a filet mignon cooked medium but they came out medium rare. I took only two bites because it could hardly be cut it was so tough and chewy. $100.00 worth of steak thrown in the trash.

   We were promptly seated. The waitstaff was attentive without “hovering.” Four different entrees were ordered by our group. Each was outstanding, especially the twin lobster tails. It’s the attention to details that makes Flemings so amazing. We were celebrating a birthday, and there were several “extras” that were included that we weren’t expecting. Flemings is always an enjoyable experience for our family and friends.

    We went to Fleming’s for New Year’s Eve. We had a lovely booth and two servers were very friendly and did a great job. We started with the wedge salad which they split for us, it was delicious. I got the filet Oscar style, and my husband got the ribeye. We both got them medium rare and the Fleming potatoes and spinach for sides. When we got our steaks, his was medium well and mine was medium to medium well also. The sides were delicious but the steaks being over cooked were a huge disappointment. We told our server and he offered to make another one, but at this point we didn’t want to wait again for another steak. He offered us a free cocktail which was nice. The manager did also come to our table and apologized for the steak and offered a free desert. While I appreciate the desert and the drink being comped, it was disappointing that the steaks were over cooked. I believe they were just left in the window to long as the plates were scalding. The service and sides were great, but would probably not be back for steaks again.

    Terrible experience on New Year's Eve, started with Valet who was a pure as^^%%$, restaurant was dirty, (napkins utensils and FOOD was under our table), Flemings changed interior format to what I have no clue. We have visited several times over the years with great results but this was awful (and incredible overpriced), not to worry, we won't be back.

    We ordered a simple dinner of steak and side. I order medium well which was perfectly cooked but husband ordered medium, it came rare , it took two times for waiter to get it cooked right. It has lots of fat for a fillet mignon. For a steak house to not prepare correctly and quality of meat to be subpar is bad. Will not be returning.

    It was Christmas, it was crowded, but we wait for our table on the bar, with very nice cocktails and then we went to our table where we were very nice attended, the food is amazing and the service outstanding. Congratulations

    Christmas Eve at Fleming’s was a “ Christmas Miracle!” I say this because, in spite of large groups, busy staff, and kitchen, everything ran seamlessly. Our steaks were perfection. Always a treat/especially at holiday time. Thank you all at Fleming’s Woodlands!

    Friendly service. The food was delivered in a timely manner. Manager come to table to check on us. Food quality met expectations. Ordered dessert but it took 30 minutes to arrive. Difference between 5 rating and 4 rating. Would visit again.

    Thanksgiving meal; set menu at $53 only For Turkey. So although other options were provided on their "special holiday menu" rather than an up charge (above $53/person) you were charged full price. All steaks ordered medium rare and one was well done. Too much confusion and stress to reorder. Tables were squeezed in where conversations hard to have without raising your voice. Waitstaff was excellent and attentive. Food not on par for price.

    Was thoroughly disappointed with the food, as it didn't have any seasoning. Very Bland Fleming's Potatoes, Steak Was Moist, yet only charred and flavorless. Expected better tasting food. Definitely underwhelming!!!

    Bartender is excellent. Amanda was a wonderful server....very personable and professional. Steaks cooked to a perfect medium rare. Spinach and onion rings were also delicious. Dining room is being redone but will be nice when renovation is complete. Patio is also being redone. Very nice night out....we'll be back.

    The overall dining experience was unpleasant due to an infestation of gnats. The service staff acknowledged the problem and reseated us but the experience did not improve. The pest were problematic causing us to rush through dinner thereby not enjoying the experience nor the ambiance, not to mention a potential violation of health and safety.

    It was our first time coming here, and let me tell you it was PERFECT! Our waiter was Luke and with him we felt like we known him for so LONG! He made us feel so comfortable, I was actually shocked of how sweet and attentive he was! He acted so chill but with a strong positive cheering attitude! (Ps tell him we LOVED HIS SERVICE AND FOR SURE WANT HIM BACK AS OUR WAITER AGAIN) The ambiance was so nice! The chef even came up to us and introduced us and even gave me a special gift box for our last date night for parents to be! It was my first time feeling WELCOMED at a restaurant. I actually wanted to stay because of the vibes in there. Got emotional and was having the BEST TIME, I didn’t wanted to leave! They even decorated the table with an envelope congratulating us not just that but every person that knew we were coming! Out of all the restaurants I’ve been in for sure this one will be a 10 and me and my fiancé never reach a 10 with experience, food, ambiance etc! I even recommended it with friends because it was PERFECT!!! I’m coming back for sure!!!!!!! Our last night felt so SPECIAL!

    Our Server was excellent & very professional. We eat at this Fleming’s location every so often & have never had a bad experience. Unfortunately, I was served a poor quality filet mignon & had to wait 30 minutes for a new one. We were surprised the GM, who was involved with my steak situation start to finish never brought, or offered us a complementary side dish while I sat there with no food, watching my wife finish her entree. Then my Wife watched me eat my entree. Our dining experience was very subpar, but the GM certainly could’ve showed some hospitality by bringing us a side dish, or removing something from the check. She did nothing to accommodate the restaurant’s mistake. A restaurant of this caliber should be better at handling these type of situations.
