I hosted a sat afternoon get together for 20. Staff we very accommodating and allowed me to bring in a cake. Great little place and good craft beer.

We were a family of four visiting for dinner on a Saturday night. Both our kids ordered Mac and cheese but couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy. Would have been good to know that it’s spicy especially since there is no kids menu and Mac and cheese is a de facto kids’ choice. Ended up ordering a poutine for them so they’d have something more kid-friendly to eat- it was really good. We took their mac and cheese home for leftovers since we don’t like to make a fuss with sending food back. The fish and chips was really tasty and a huge portion, and the brisket tacos were really delicious. Even the kids tried the brisket and loved it. Folly beers on tap were very good. We tried the Helles lager and the stout. A must-try is the sticky toffee pudding which was a perfect size but sharing a last sweet bite before ending our night. Ambience was pleasant but I prefer my pubs to be more cozy. The dining area is a bit too bright. There also seemed to be some unused space in the back that could be better leveraged. Looks like they were keeping it for supplies which is off putting if you are sitting nearby. We also left just as a musician was setting up to play live music. There was a table right in front of the stage so I wondered if they might find it too loud being only a foot away! I really like that they have quite a few tables so doesn’t seem hard to get a reservation even for a weekend. We like Folly overall and would return again. With some small adjustments, it could become our go-to pub in the neighborhood.

Went for brunch during the World Cup finale - the festive decorations created a jolly ambiance and the food was delicious - I got the eggs florentine with salad. Very friendly service and great beer! Highly recommend

Blonde server on Thursday December 15 was terrible. She was drunk and forgot our orders. Took an hour to get a drink, gave us attitude.. when the other server took over, nice male, service was good but the 2 hours there was terrible!

We were running late and phoned to alter/cancel reservation. Staff were more than happy to find a space for us, despite being busy. Beers are great and the food is fantastic...loved my schnitzel!

Folly is an amazing Brewpub. Every time I leave there, I am smiling and completely satisfied. The beer is excellent. The service is amazing. And the food is always innovative and delicious. They also have very affordable specials. Love this spot.

First time at Folly’s for a date night and we loved it. Happy hour prices and selection are amazing and the Christmas ambiance was great. Our server was amazing as well. Super knowledgeable and attentive even with the large groups he was taking care of. Highly recommend.

Folly Brewpub was the perfect spot for a Saturday night date night. The food, drinks, and service was great! We indulged in the Taco Tuesday (Saturday) deal which was yummy and a great price! The patio is lovely and not too loud. Lots to do around as well. Will be back!

Service and food was great. Plus it was a reunion, so very happy the music was at a low level we could talk to one another. The server (possibly owner) was attentive and put up with us being the last people to leave; not to mention he was sexy as hell. 😘

Great food and great beer! Friendly service guided me to a terrific meal. Brisket poutine is a must! Travelled the globe tonight starting with their old world beer and ending up with the new world! Will be back. Looking forward to the outdoor seating!

I went for mother's day with mom, sister and nieces. The food was great, very friendly and accommodating service, and in an interesting part of the city to walk around afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I decided to try Folly for a date night, and we really enjoyed it. The space felt cozy and welcoming, and the tables were well spaced out. Food/drinks and service were really good. We had the brisket tacos, sticky toffee pudding and a few beers and beer-cocktails. We were seated right by the pass, and all the dishes looked really good. It looked like the burgers and steak frites are their most popular items. I tried the Nanook Sour and it was soooo good! Service was very attentive and friendly. It was Taco Saturday which was a really good deal (tacos and beer for $16). Overall good value for the night out, about $130 including taxes and tip. I'd definitely recommend!
