The food and service was amazing! I can't wait to go back for more.
Excellent. It’s always a great place to meet.
Good service from JR. Really good pasta carbonara.
The dinner was delicious. The service was exceptional. The only issue was our table was not steady. That should be fixed at the earliest convenience for other customers.
Went for lunch yesterday. I have only been for happy hour and dinner and now this is my new lunch place! Great menu, great prices, and the General Manager, Marc LeRoux has done an amazing job getting great live entertainment and I can't wait until summer to dine on the patio with live entertainment. Highly recommend for all hours but I'm so excited that they are open for lunch!
Wonderful experience. Food was DELICIOUS. And the service is superb. Professional yet very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
It was so good and service was terrific. Will be back!
Carbonara was underwhelming. The pancetta was sliced, not cubed, not crisp, and the sauce was a lot more like Alfredo than carbonara.
I took my good friend out for her birthday. We had a wonderful lunch and a fabulous time at Francesca’s P. Rave reviews.
They could not do enough to make sure our dinning experience was outstanding. Mentioned anniversary in reservation notes. just very welcoming. Will come back soon .
Eddie is a super server. Great personality and attentive to the customer.
We had a great time. The music was a bit loud but still had an enjoyable evening
It’s gets very cold in the “party room”.
My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and not only was the service subpar and the room expectedly over-crammed, but our food was absolutely subpar. My husband ordered a pizza which was tasteless and arrived as half a pie because the staff had dropped the other half. When the second pie arrived, it was wrong order. On the third pie attempt, we had lost our appetite. The serving crew informed us the manager would come and “make this right”. Nothing was done regarding the bill nor more than “oops, sorry about that folks” was done in regards to our inconvenience. Therefore the tasteless ravioli and pizza combined with the unconcerned staff and poor managerial involvement left us quite put off from this establishment in the future.
It was Valentine's Day, it was packed, and the noise level early was more than typical, for this spot. But the service was attentive, as always, and the food very good. I was disappointed in the crab & lobster cake. Served under the steak, it was soggy and not particularly flavorful. However, the steak, spinach & accompanying sauce were outstanding, as was the blueberry dessert. Francesca's Passagio continues to be a favorite date spot for us!
Valentines Day - you packed too many folks in... not comfortable sitting on top of other people, food arrived cold, noise level was not conducive to a romantic evening ... missed the mark.
Generally, I’m a fan of this restaurant and property.
From the beginning where the wine was very good that I had, the merlot. The service was very attentive & not overbearing. The two salads that my wife and I had were both delicious in their own right. I had the short rib Ragu and it was fantastic as my main course. My wife had the stuffed shells also very delicious.
Food and service were awesome. Noise level not so great. If you on a date you don’t want to have to talk loud to be heard!
Had a pleasurable experience would definitely come back again!
It was very nice food and overall good service but the tables were so close together it felt as if we were sitting on top of the people next to us. My boyfriend and i ate as fast as we could to get out because we did not feel comfortable.
The food is great and servers are always friendly. My only issue is the prices are high.
Great service, delicious food! A little loud - the restaurant could use some more partitions to add ambience. But overall - wonderful!
As usual, great night at Francesca’s
Arrived at 5:59 for a 6:00 reservation and was sent to the bar because the table wasn't ready. We were several sips into our drinks before the table was ready for us to be seated. Table turned out to be right next to the kitchen door I was glad I picked the seat that I did because otherwise my date's chair would have been kicked by passing waiters all night. Food was tepid at best. Waiter was MIA most of the night.
Always a favorite
We went for throwback prices to 1992. Food was excellent. I noticed the next day that one of our orders was charged at the regular todays price. It was not the price on the special menu. Mistakes like this should not happen and are disappointing.
Food and service was excellent but my entree was small compared to other Italian eateries.
Would go back and definitely recommend.
Loved celebrating your 25th anniversary! I brought my parents for the first time and they can't wait to return. Megan is always so delightful every time I visit and is so kind to all of the guests. Our bottle of wine was paired perfectly with our dinner thanks to our waiter Mike. Mike was very kind to our group and took extra care of my parents as we were meeting to celebrate their upcoming 50th anniversary. Francesca Passagio's is definitely one of our favorites and we look forward to joining you this summer on your patio.
Delicious food and great ambience. Very good service.
The food is delicious and the service is always outstanding.
Francesca's Passaggio has the Best Minestrone soup around. I go there for the soup and their Pollo alla Desperate. When its on the menu I am there weekly.
Been quite a few years since we visited here last and we will be back! Food was outstanding, service was great as well. Very energized as well.
I usually give this restaurant high marks but last Friday was disappointing.
It was snowing and very cold, perhaps staff didn’t come in and they were short.
We had a 6:30 reservation sat down at 7:00 and service was VERY slow.
Skate wing, chicken, asparagus salad all were good and “as usual” but it was loud so our friend with hearing aids could barely hear-
Well, maybe next time they’ll be back on track.
We have been placed at the only 2 people table in the private party room. The party room was st up for two big parties. The second big party started after our food came in...First party was loud but somewhat ok. However, when the second big party arrived the noise level was unbearable. Very dissapointing. I was hoping for a nice and pleasant dinner and it was nothing like that.
This could have been avoided...especially my reservation was at at 5:30 (Saturday, January 26th, 2019)...the restaurant was not full. You need to rethink your table assignment to avoid this kind of situations.
I voiced my concerns to the hostess when i left, but she blamed us for not asking to be moved and she was not pleasant at all communicating that...Even if we have asked to be moved in the middle of our dinner, the dinner itself would still remain an unpleasant experience...and that is because of poor planning of the restaurant's staff...
On a very cold winter night, we had the best service and great fish and steak.
You cannot go wrong here.
We usually order chicken and fish dishes, but went with pasta entrees this time. My lobster stuffed ravioli was sinfully delicious and she enjoyed the pot roast with fettuccine on a brutally cold night. As always, the excellent staff enhanced our dining experience.
I love every time I visit Francesca's Passaggio's!! I am the pickiest eater with unusual restrictions and the restaurant always comes through with an amazing dish for me.
The manager, Megan, is so welcoming and always a delight to see!! Highly recommend the restaurant!!
It was amazing as always. The food was excellent and the dessert was even better.
8 of us sat at a round table which is perfect for conversation. You can really talk with your friends and eat great food. Jordan was our waitress and did a wonderful job.
We came by for dinner. Ordered a beer and martini to start, martini was made to order and was great. Started with soup - minestrone, and leek and potato soup - both were delicious. For the mains, we had Pollo Arrosto and a Risotto with roasted chicken - yummy! Finished with gelato and a decadent coconut cake. Service was attentive, not instructive, very happy with dinner. We will return.
