We lived in the area for many years but only visited Francobello for the first time yesterday. It was a great experience--- sorry we waited so long. The service by Maya and the rest of the staff was impeccable, the food was very tasty, portions were large( especially the Veal Parmigiana), and ambiance was lovely. We can't wait to find an occasion to return.

Second time at francobollo, the staff recognized us which is always nice! Amazing service from start to finish . The food is sooo good ! The first time I went on a Tuesday night noise was low and then last night (Saturday) the restaurant was full and very lively but I know they have a separate floor if you wish to have a quieter night . Overall amazing experience, good prices & friendly staff ! would 100% recommend/repeat :)

Best thing I can say is we'll be back! Probably more than once. Outstanding food, we had 3 appetizers (burata, mushroom salad and bruschetta) and 5 mains, three from the regular fare (pasta, veal lemoni, and mixed seafood) and two of the daily specials (black cod and braised beef). Each was fantastic, taste, portion, presentation and not common in terms of being the same as you find somewhere else. It has class, elegant decor, comfortable but not stuffy and right on price for value. A highlight dinner that won't soon be forgotten.

We had our anniversary dinner on a Friday night and the food and services were amazing. The veal dishes were both spectacular tasty and large portions. The mushroom salad appetizer was great as well with lots of mushrooms.

First time that we have been to this restaurant. Overall, we had a very good experience with quality of food and service bring above average. If there were any complaints they related to the volume of the music (way too loud) and the thermostat setting (a bit warm).

Excellent food, the veal snitzel/ Parmesean meal was huge as were the 5 large shrimps with the spaghetti. We enjoyed a tasty bottle of Caburnio Wine with our meal. Service was attentive without being overbearing. I will recommend Francobollo to my friends.

It's better than expected. Above average Italian restaurant in Toronto. Choices are limited, but all 6 of us were veey happy with the meal, from the bread, appetizer, main course to dessert. Service is great too.
