As always, a treat to eat at Frankie and Johnnie’s! Chris and Dean took great care of us and the host and hostess kindly seated us in our favorite booth to celebrate my birthday. Food was perfect!

Food is average at best. Measly lobster appetizer. Steak was eh. Waiter never checked on us and was very curt and intimidating on the rare occasion he came to our table. No one asked how our food was. A waitress at the end of the meal attempted to strong-arm us into ordering dessert.

Came for the Father’s Day prime rib special. It was melt in your mouth tender. And all our favorite members of the waitstaff made sure we were well taken care of. Another excellent dinner at our favorite restaurant.

Loved my wagyu steak, but the service wasn't great at all. Lots of staff in the restaurant but not being very attentive to our table. For spending $150 on one steak you would have thought F&J's would have cared a bit more.

We had the filet mignon, the porterhouse steak and the red snapper. All were delicious, but the steaks were absolutely divine. The sided (broccoli and potatoes) were tasty as well. The service was excellent and the ambiance was good as well.

Steaks were undercooked. Hamburger was overcooked. Truffle fries side was way to small for a side at a steakhouse. Wait staff was very unprofessional. Food was not worth the money.

Did not enjoy this meal. Server was condecending regarding wine list questions. Special occasion was not aknowledged (was in the reservation). Service was awkward. Crusty fork on table, sent back and share plate sent back with residue on it. Tuna tar tar was bland with no seasoning, served lemon wedges full of seeds. Salads were very plain and heavily over-dressed, again, bland. Mash potato was thin and bland. Steak and lamb chop were bland with no seasoning. Watercress garnish on plate was sandy, unwashed. Apple strudel was gross, served luke warm, thick uncooked raw dough bottom, served with unsweetened whipped cream. After dessert was served our server never came back. We had to ask someone else for the check. This is crazy because we were one of 3 tables upstairs. She totally abandoned us. Did not even thank us. This was beyond disappointing. Bland, un-seasoned food and awkward meal - 4 course dinner for 2 at $344 (2 drinks each) with tax and tip. Absolute waste of money.

A high-quality steak house with great service. This was an opportunity for three old friends to catch up post-pandemic and we sincerely enjoyed our meal. The server was great -- patient, funny and attentive.

Staff attempted to remove plates while we were in the middle of a mouthful with food still on the plates during the appetizers and salad even though the plates had been on the table for less than five minutes. Half way through the meal they cleared the butter plates and knives and then when we asked if they serve bread with a meal, they seemed annoyed had to request permission and then brought it with butter but then we had to ask for butter knives and plates again. Then when they brought the entrees two minutes later they cleared the bread basket and we had to ask for it back as well as butter knives again. We felt rushed by the frequent visits to the table by staff to ask if we were done yet. The restaurant was not full. There were empty tables and we spent almost $300. in less than an hour with only two glasses of wine. We will not be returning to this one. Food was good. Staff was difficult to understand and support busboys were overly anxious to clear our plates and silverware every three to five minutes. Yet if we wanted water or butter or bread or another drink we had to ask.
