Excellent service, food and atmosphere. So much thoughtfulness was added to our service, will most definitely be back!

Excellent, as usual our dinner was outstanding. Service was very personal and top notch. Good knowledge of their wines and recommend a very nice bottle of Pinot. Restaurant was very quiet just us and two other small groups. Very safe and responsible assuring compliance to Covid guidelines.

Calamari was well seasoned and had great crunch. Tzatziki was delicious. My cioppino had a the most amazing broth and all the seafood was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and polite.

Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous. We will be back.

I came in with my boyfriend for his birthday. We had a wonderful server who was able to customize my meal based on my dietary needs. He also provided a complimentary chocolate torte with a birthday candle to sweeten the moment. :)

Great service and great taste for a reasonable price.

We started with arancini and an antipasto platter, and foccacia bread. They were really good. Then we had fresh pastas (shrimp scampi tagliatelle and casarecce boscaiola). The flavours were great and the pasta cooked al dente. The tiramisu and complimentary cake for my hubby (birthday) were pretty and delicious!

Our server, Daryl, was attentive, funny, and generous with his knowledge of the Kitchen's menu.

The chicken breast was not tender.
Watch out when making the reservation if you want it for the Jazz club or the Restaurant

Our waiter Jason was amazing so professional but personal. The music wasn’t Italian flare very annoying. The food is not authentic Italian but ok. The ambiance is not romantic and intimate which we thought it would be from the photo on line.

Always a treat to visit Frankie’s!! Went there for my Birthday & had delicious pesto gnocchi that was to die for, beautiful fresh caesar salad, absolutely delicious margarita pizza & they even brought me a lovely surprise divine chocolate tarte with icecream & whip cream, drinks were incredible & B52 shooters layered perfectly 👌

We really enjoyed our night at Frankie's. The service was exceptional! Our waiter (a young man from Ireland) paid close attention to us all evening, even wiping up our table after our appetizers. This doesn't happen often in restaurants anymore. And while the food was good, I was expecting (based on all other reviews) for it to be excellent. That being said, overall we had a good experience and would definitely go back.

Went for a second date here and I couldn’t be more happier. The server was very knowledgable and helpful. The environment was very sweet and tasteful. Can definitely see ourselves coming back again. The drinks and food were on point as well . 4/5 overall.

Amazing service! We had dinner in the restaurant (yummy) and then went into the jazz club at the intermission for the second part of the show. Loved it! On Open Table is not clear that you have to have two separate reservations, so better call to make sure. We wanted to go to the jazz club, but our reservation was for the restaurant. The staff was great in helping us have a very nice experience, and enjoy dinner in the restaurant, and then moved us in the club. Highly recommended! Thank you all who made our evening really nice!

Very friendly and attentive front of house and our server Jason.
Jason was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations for food and wine.
We opted to sit in the bar area at a comfortable booth. Sadly re; COVID not that busy so ambience was unremarkable but easy to chat. :)

We celebrated a birthday which I mentioned in our reservation and Jason brought a dessert and a lit candle —- quite lovely!

The only reason why there are not 5 stars is due to the feel of the place—-seemed like it could have a spruce up or current makeover but that is being very picky as it was clean and comfortable.

I would go again and would be able to recommend to others easily!! Excellent pricing for what we received!

Love the food here. Service was great. It was a Thursday night during Covid so the restaurant was very quiet. We missed the hustle of a normal evening out.

The servers were fantastic. The food delish, as always.

Food were delicious. Service was excellent! Like the Jazz music next door too.

Stayed overnight at the Georgian Court Hotel. Restaurant is on site. Very nice decor. Good food, good service and prices are in line with downtown Vancouver prices.

This was our first visit, definitely not our last. The food and drinks were exactly what we were looking for.

Our experience was FABULOUS from start to finish. Brett was our server; he was attentive and paid close attention to our needs. I have been in the Restaurant industry for 20+ years and I can confidently say that this business deserves a standing ovation. The service was top notch, food was absolutely delicious and our overall experience was delightful! This was our first visit to this establishment and we will be recommending it to all our friends! Hats off to Frankie’s Italian kitchen! Thank you for the excellent dining experience. We will be back!

The veal parm was amazing. The server was really nice.

My pasta was delicious but we were seated right beside the bar and it was soooo loud and there were very drunk people standing right beside our table!

Chicken fettuccine was great seafood pasta was average. Waiter was superb. Portion sizes were ok. Felt rushed. Not by Waiter but by meal. We sat down, ordered drinks then dinner. I was brought my drink and honestly had one sip before my dinner arrived. If your in a hurry this is the place.

Excellent, attentive service; food served quickly and was very tasty. Good wine selections. Recommend highly for pre-theatre dining. Noise level was quite manageable (even with Canuck fans enjoying their evening!). Tables well-separated. Thank=you!

Great location if you’re attending an event at BC Place or Queen Elizabeth. Service was excellent and portions were generous. Food was good but could be pizza and risotto balls could have been more flavoursome.

Great food as always. Veal Parmesan and Gnocchi were delicious. Unfortunately our server was quite disinterested so had to reduce the stars I would usually give.

The place is close to Queen E theatre so we booked dinner before the show. Received a phone call the day before confirming we were going to be there as they were “all booked up”. Arrived and took 5 minutes to be seated. Our waiter seemed frazzled stating they were very busy tonight (they knew they were going to be the day before). Our waiter I think was the manager and was not attentive to the point that another waiter came by to offer ground pepper and fresh Parmesan cheese and then our waiter came by 10 minutes later asking if we want cheese or pepper. Even tho we had told our waiter we had to make a 8 pm show and asked for our bill at 7:25 we were still waiting for the payment machine at 7:50 not cool. But the food was great. Management needs to learn to have the proper amount if staff working on busy nights

Very convenient location across from BC Place, make sure you go to the washroom (Georgian Court Hotel next door) to check out the 80/90's photos of celebs!

It was lovely, my date and I had a wonderful evening, the waitress was very friendly as well; she checked up on us frequently and was more than happy to answer any of our questions. Otherwise, everything else was incredible. I would definitely come back again when I have the chance
