Due to popular demand by our repeat guests for authentic local dishes, Creole Grill was launched to cater to their favourite creole dishes which were by special request to the Chef. Located in the Kreole courtyard, the creole decorated eatery has vibrant island colours, traditional madras themed décor and offers dinner not only to our in-house guests but is also popular with our local clients and visitors staying elsewhere who want a taste of serious soul food.
Featuring signature dishes of what true Saint Lucians and repeat guests have come to enjoy, Chef Curtis has created a strong following for his rich and tasty menu, including greenfig and saltfish, curry goat, and not forgetting petite creole penny loaves, an alfresco island vibe offering a taste of the Caribbean, Creole Grill has a strong following and reservations are encouraged as seating is limited. guests have returned night after night for.

The beers of Brasserie de la Senne are produced by two passionate brewers from Brussels: Yvan De Baets and Bernard Leboucq.
They work in a small brewery honouring the traditional ways of brewing beer: unfiltered, unpasteurized, free of any additives and using only the finest raw materials of the highest quality. Their dedication to uncompromised quality is definitely one of the outstanding characteristics of the brewery.
