The staff are absolutely amazing, the food is very tasty and classy. Wine very good but I found that to be the only expensive thing.
We were treated like Royalty...they staff took time to explain the origins of their wines and dishes... thanks for a unforgettable evening..5 stars

This is our second visit in a couple of months. Gaucho o2 is now our firm go to event dinner or lunch. We were served by the same energetic, enthusiastic, attentive waitress as we had been previously. (Lucie i think?!) The food was divine as always, ambience excellent and well behaved children friendly. Our visit was made all the better by being able to use the loyalty voucher that we had received via email. Thank you for another lovely meal Gaucho o2, we cannot wait to return.

Had the best anniversary with my partner. The whole evening was wonderful. The steak selection was great and cooked to absolute perfection. Would highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to go back.

Lovely restaurant, atmosphere and food. Only negative is that we felt a little pressured into ordering certain steaks which meant we over ordered and of course, went over our budget. Other than that, all was good

great ! staff members were extremely helpful, friendly and energetic . Food was presented well and tasted very nice. The environment was very relaxed and quite lively at the same time.

the sad truth of what happens to a restaurant business when purchased by private equity companies. Poor quality meat, the 'nice touches' removed or watered down to save on costs and a business generally screaming for restauranteur and not a bean counter to run it.

Arrived early and was told couldn’t be sat so had to relax in the bar which was a nice setting - but when entering the restaurant it was nearly empty so I do feel we didn’t need be sat in the bar.

Had a fantastic experience before a gig -every member of staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Simone served us and honestly it’s the best service we’ve ever received so we’ll-mannered, funny and knowledgeable-thank you. The food is to die for! Had a mixture of things - scallops, chicken, steak and the trimmings along with dessert-every detail was excellent. Thank you.

Very nice restaurant, friendly and welcoming staff. Food was great for the price.

Satisfied with food and service overall. It was dinner before a concert, where everybody wanted fast service; it was not bad at all.

Have eaten here frequently but very disappointed this time table was booked for 6.45 pm and did not get to table till 7.10 pm and that is only after chasing someone! (Despite making the reservation over a year in advance!) Table was awful right by the lift and reception with everyone walking passed.
Had to wait a long time for food.
Food was good but I think gaucho are trying to cram too many customers in and at the price they charge plus 12.5% service this is not what I would expect!
Also had to queue for 15 minutes to use the ladies room! Very disappointing and definitely not up to usual gaucho standard!

Gaucho's at the O2 is my favourite branch of this restaurant. They just seem to get it right. Mind you, on this visit, my husband's medium cooked steak was much more medium well with no pink meat inside, so overcooked for him. This is the first time it has happened though, so I'll forgive them! And I'll keep going back because I love it!

The food was so tasty. A bit pricey but worth it. The waiter was very friendly,with an attention to details. The experience was excellent overall.

Very expensive, with limited non-meat dishes. Wine menu was going through a re-vamp so neither of the wines we selected were available. The waiter very kindly came and offered two other selections, both of which were almost double the price with one being almost £60 per bottle.

We were seated in the area outside of the main dining area which had absolutely no atmosphere whatsoever.

I’m sorry to say the table you sat us at was by the hot bread machine being slammed and smell ask to be moved put us by the lift , streak was poor under done not good

Great service, food and setting. Friendly efficient staff providing a great service. It is a tad expensive but worth your visit.

Food lovely.
Service was VERY rushed. Mains bought over with starters plates not been cleared.
Asked for water and not bought over. Asked for a coke and not bought over.
Toilets were really unclean. No lock on the cubicle door, floor wet and bin overflowing. Nothing to dry your hands on and one soap dispenser between three sinks.
For the money (£70 per head with no drinks) would expect it to be a bit more of a nice experience.

It was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food, service and ambience was great, my only critique is that I felt a bit rushed, as I'm guessing they needed the table for the next reservation....

Very disappointed with the waiter , we asked for a Tia Maria and lemonade he brought back a different drink no apologies just a comment that " we don't do Tia Maria you have this instead it's the same " NO it's not and he should have come back and asked my wife first .

Absolutely delicious and our waiter Arti was fabulously brilliant... a great ambassador for Gaucho!
