   Tonight it was very good. I ordered the crabmeat topped salmon from the specials which was different and delicious. Our server was very pleasant as were the hostesses.

   Myself and 2 old friends had a great experience. We requested a quiet table in the back to catch up with each other. The entire staff were polite and friendly. Our server was fantastic and the lunch was excellent as usual. I’ve had dinner here several times with my wife. Always a great experience.

    Food was good but restaurant week prices were no bargain. Charging 44.00 dollars fixed price was not a good deal and the menu was skimpy. But the service was excellent.

    Great food, service a bit slow. Our server seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had to serve. Being that it was also restaurant week, they probably should’ve had additional staff on. All in all, it was a great meal.

    We went for Restaurant week, the choices were nice, we both had the flat iron steak, it was cooked the way we asked and the portion was normal. I found it a little under-seasoned and added salt to everything I ate including my appetizer, calamari fritti. The service was a little slow but they were very busy - the waitress was very nice, we enjoyed a bottle of wine that was on special that night so that was a bonus.

    My husband and I went to George Martin for the Wednesday steak dinner. It was awesome! Our steak was last night it was perfect! The salad I got, the pea soup he ordered, my bellini, the salted caramel coffee and the apple tart were all excellent. The wait staff was solicitous and professional. Can't wait to return!

    My spouse and I had a wonderful 47th anniversary dinner at George Martin. The waitress (Dez) was terrific as was all the staff. Always quick with a refill of water. The flatiron steak was delicious and it was a perfect size. Senior citizens can't eat those larger steaks. Small issue was the french fries. They should have been the full size, not the shoestring fries like you get at a fast food restaurant. They served the dessert with a little flag wishing Happy Anniversary from George Martin. We look forward to returning.

    My husband and I decided to go for a quiet, relaxed lunch at George Martin since it's a busy, energetic dinner venue there. We enjoyed a sumptuous lunch which was prepared with such care and finesse: the chef made a cheeseburger and turkey patty melt taste absolutely gourmand; both were juicy and seasoned to perfection. I was happy I could substitute fries for some sauteed spinach. Our fresh brewed coffee - served in a huge cup - and carrot cake was divine. We waddled out of there and were satisfied for the day (no dinner needed). Our relaxed lunch made a spring Tuesday afternoon really quite special. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.....of course it's a well-known local treasure already.

    Salmon was terribly dry, prob from being frozen. Beverages weren’t brought until meal was almost over. Waitress was lovely but didn’t have any help on busing tables etc. they need to change up the menu. It’s been the same for over ten years.

    We wanted to try this place out as possibly a new go to spot. Recommended by a few friends. Ventured in on a Wednesday night with a reservation and had to wait 10 mins for a table to open. Staff seemed confused, indifferent and unsupervised. After sitting we waited about 10 mins to have our drink order taken then another 10-15 mins to receive our drinks. Then we ordered our appetizer wedge salad and 2 main courses the skirt steak and steak sandwich. Our drinks ran empty and the waitress was nowhere in sight. She didn’t come back until our entrees were served. A runner brought out the wedge salad. The salad was awful it had chunks of cucumber which don’t belong on a wedge. Matter of fact all the food was awful. Steak sandwich looked like it came out of a subway restaurant on puffed up pastry like white Italian bread with 1 thin slice of roast beef style meat not steak. It was actually twirled up to make it present bigger but it was a sad meager sandwich. I sent it back it was disgusting and $28. My wife had the skirt steak which was very chewy and reeked of some garlic marinade. Very low quality meat. The place had the vibe of a chain restaurant (which it is technically, lol) like an outback but this was actually worse. Their menu also has 2 prices listed for each dish one price for cash and the other price about 4% higher for debit/credit card purchases. To me any place that lists 2 prices is low class. How about meet in the middle with one price for all? Listing 2 prices reeks of desperation and need for business to me. I certainly won’t be back to this restaurant. I have no idea how anyone would ever go here twice.

    The noise level was ridiculous on a Friday night. Impossible to converse, if that is your interest. I always find it so disappointing to see how few vegetarian options there are. It seems like something is thrown into the specials, almost as an after thought. I always end up with a salad. Other, carnivores, were satisfied with their meals. I was told that it was possible to order something special-vegetarian- but not on a Friday or Saturday night. Be aware.
