   I've written many reviews; but, George deserves more! Wait staff were very attentive and even remembered my dislike for cilantro! The tasting menu never disappoints. The presentation, flavor, and taste exceptional. ( the only minor comment that I have is they can leave kimchi flavor sides out. We notice this trend at many restaurants and it just doesn't work. Being Korean myself, I strongly recommend leave Kimchi to Korean restaurants. It just does not taste the same ) Otherwise, always look forward to our dinners at George. Our favorite !

   We went for my partner’s birthday and order the 5 course blind tasting menu with wine pairings. The servers were great. The food was a beautiful experience, and the wine pairings were delightful. Thank you for such a memorable night.

   Unfortunately, otherwise fine experience was impacted by one of the wines pairings (it seemed the wine got bad, too acidy and a lot of residue)

   Our experience at George was fantastic. We were celebrating a birthday and everything was perfect. Enzo, our waiter, was great, making us feel at home and taking care of us all evening. The five course tasting menu was delightful, with each of us enjoying a different version of each course, which we could share. The wine pairing was also excellent, complementing the dishes well. Here is an incredible experience, one that we hope visit again soon. Highly recommended for any special occasion or celebration.

   Please note that the following has been mistakenly posted to a rather old booking of mine. I am posting it again to my most recent booking so that others may benefit from it. I am an occasional customer of George for several years. This is the restaurant that I would come alone, or bring relatives and friends for an exceptional fine-dining and tasting experience, and for an enjoyable as well as relaxed evening. The chef would accommodate our special requests and requirements, for example no raw seafood for me and no beef for my Buddhist friend. The main difference and advantage of George over other fine-dining/tasting restaurants was the provision of different dishes for the same table. For example, I had a table of three ordering the 10-course tasting menu. Each of us received a different dish for each course, meaning that the kitchen actually prepared 30 distinguished dishes for us. Every single dish was prepared carefully with the highest quality, intermixed with all kinds of ingredients and taste combinations. The fancy presentation for every dish was just like a piece of fine art. Each dish was given detailed narration when presented to us. What an eye-opening adventure! As for the servers, they were just like friends. They really cared about the customers and would even offer to arrange transportation at the end of dinner. They provided exceptional service and gracefully guided my senior relatives to the restroom. Thanks to Arnaldo, Chris, Kimberly, Robert, Ryan, etc., just to name a few. Although my guests were mostly non-alcoholic, there was one occasion that a guest tried the 10-course wine-pairing to his complete satisfaction. As for me, I always loved a glass of de-alcoholized red or white, which was not available in most other restaurants.

   This has been consistently the best dining experience in all aspects. The food is beyond delicious and creatively presented by the nicest staff. It is a must dining at least once - though it’s impossible to return.

   7 course seafood tasting menu! Nuff said. Pace was relaxing and well spaced. Portions were nicely sized leaving room for coffee and treats at the end. Great experience.

   We were very disappointed: 1) the good was very boring in terms of presentation and in terms if taste. It is not comparable to the similar class of the restaurants in Switzerland, Germany and France; 2) surprising menu was basically the same as from the menu; 3) we ordered pasta for the cild and received gnocchi with a lot of butter. We changed it to the beef of the medium and exactly in 10 seconds beef was served ( how it is possible to cook in 10 seconds?) and it has a lot of pepper which is not acceptable for the child.

    Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. It was a quiet evening with many empty tables which made the ambience not as lovely as usual.
