   Reception, table and 1st Impression very Good. Service ok. Ambiente not fulfilling expectations as too hectic flow and not appropriate music style and loudness in this historical building. Suggestion: classic or Italian style. Thank you!

   Service was top rate. A very touristy experience. Initially put us in the back of a back room. However, hostess got us to better seating. I would recommend for the mansion experience with reservations about the overall quality of the food at the price charged.

   The food was good not wow but let’s say in the middle. The service was rude! First with the lady’s up front. The first day I made a mistake reserving the table for next day so I went there and they told me you reserved for tomorrow but it’s ok they offer me to stay sit in a table to the second floor. I told them specifically that I wanted to sit on the first floor, they were like you have to reserve a table to sit over there on I told them I will come tomorrow since I have a reservations for tomorrow that I can sit anywhere I like. When I went the next day they gave me the same table when I told them that you told me that you need reservations to sit over there and I have reservations and you still you are sitting me in the same table, they were like well we don’t have free tables right now and they were lying the restaurant has a lot free tables anyway after 10 minutes we were seated in a tables and the server came to take our order so I order appetizers and drinks and we weren’t ready for the main course he said I can’t I need you whole order like wtf I work as a server too and it doesn’t work like that! Anyway I gave him the whole order someone else brought our food and the busboy checked us couple times I didn’t see the server to ask us or if we needed anything else. He came for the bill and that’s all. I want there only because I was curious but besides that it’s not worth it. The ambient it is very beautiful. That’s all!

   It's overpriced with not very good food, but the venue was fabulous. Loud, frantic music and women diners in vulgar attire seriously detracted from the experience. Hot with no A/C.

   Very pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful courtyard. I only wish there was an option for someone that can’t have garlic. I ordered the burger but was disappointed. I don’t think it was a beef burger because of the taste so I didn’t eat it. The bread, Caesar Salad, FF, and mango sorbet was delicious. Others in our group ordered the shrimp appetizer, pizza, and ravioli and was delicious. A unique experience that I’d recommend.

    The price point for the lunch special is quite remarkable considering this is a very popular spot on South Beach. $34 for three course meal, drinks not included. I had the burrata which was 3/5 there was some hard parts and the spinach ravioli which was nice but lack lustre with flavor. The dessert took the cake, i had chocolate lava cake. The service was impeccable the staff is friendly attentive and made the whole experience worth it. The ambience is also stunning worth the subpar food for the price point.

    We had reservations for 8pm, they couldn’t seat us until 8:30. We were sat right next to a main entry way where people were bumping into the table. Servers were rude when we requested a second cocktail menu. We left before we could even get our cocktails ordered. 0/10.

    Vince saved the day ! My wife’s shoes broke upon arrival and Vince swung into action to find Krazy Glue and fix them during our delightful dinner. Class “A” server and very attentive !! Server Ivana did a very good job as well. Definitely try the sea bass and the Pavlova for dessert !

    The gal who sat us at our table is rude and inconsiderate. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and they didn’t acknowledge that request on the reservation. I told that gal I requested for a table with the pool view and she told me the only table they have left for the night is the one she took us to. I saw there were groups of people who came after us and got seated near the pool area. I booked this reservation 3 weeks in advance and I called them a day in advance to confirmed the seat. The food is also bland or salty!

    Dinner was average. Seeing the mansion was definitely a great experience. Dinner on the other hand was sub par. Food took 45mins or so to come out and my lady's dish fell on the floor. Took almost another 20mins for it to come back out. Instead of offering to remake mine so we could eat together, they offered "to keep it warm". Wasn't able to eat together so for the price point it wasn't a fine dining experience in the least. Waiter was extremely friendly and handled the mishap as best he could in my opinion. But a manager should have stepped in and at minimum comped her dish. I appreciate the experience as once in a lifetime but will never revisit when we're back in town

    The ladies at the desk did not honor my OpenTable reservation despite me showing them the confirmation on my phone. They kept us waiting. Our party of 4 decided to stay until seated. The rest of the service was pretty good. OpenTable then sent me an email stating I didn’t show up for the reservation. I did!

    It’s a must try, but go there for a drink and dessert…much better quality food elsewhere. Our server, Maria, was great! Pleasant, attentive, kind. We sat near the fountain, great view and ambiance. That’s it for the good. For 700, nobody should leave hungry or dissatisfied. DO NOT order the $120 tomahawk. Looked like a dry meatloaf, flavorless. Lobster ravioli, for the price point and portion, sub par. The lack of lobster is disguised by the enormous lobster shell. 2/3 of the way into the meal, it began to rain. The family next to us had just gotten their meals and rainwater from the umbrellas fell right into their meals. They were forced to sit elsewhere. There were umbrellas layered to protect tables, but our desserts and a mixed drink got drenched. They comped 1/2 the coffee but NOT A SINGLE manager or staff member came by to check on us. Wondering if this review will be seen. Be mindful. 20% gratuity is included, like most tourist spots.

    Very unprofessional and rude. Food came out wrong and asked for it to be removed from the ticket. The server said he would. The manager said we had to pay whether we are or not, there was a minimum per guest. They also applied a 20% auto gratuity which CAN be refused by customer. We asked for that to be taken off in lieu of the food we did not eat. The manager refused. He quickly refunded us after HE called 911 and was told he could not charge us.

    The experience of eating in Versace’s mansion is very cool and the prix fixe lunch of $34 is very reasonable. The food isn’t all that great, however, and the service was terrible. They forgot my husband’s salad and then his entire order. And they barely apologized. What is especially annoying is the “service fee” which is essentially a guaranteed tip for waiters who don’t deserve it and have no incentive to provide good customer service.
