    Everything was delicious. My steel head trout was perfectly cooked. The chocolate cake dessert was divine. I’m a celiac, and it was absolutely no issue being accommodated. Top notch service.

    Great service. Whenever we stay at the Fairmont Airport, we go for dinner at Globe. Love the live music. Food is expensive for what it is, but it's an airport-based restaurant, so that isn't necessarily surprising. The staff was kid-friendly, and we had a very good visit.

    Asked for well done steak, received a RAW steak. Very upsetting. My husband would not let me complain. Paid a lot of money for something we could not eat. We did not leave a tip as a result.

    The tomato bisque was excellent although the Carr’s crackers out of a box as an accompaniment could have used a little more effort. My son enjoyed the burger and fries. The few fries I stole from his plate were delicious.

    Disappointing is probably the best description. It wasn’t busy, however food took a little while to come out and we didn’t have regular visits to the table. Food was okay but didn’t look great and was cold. I could also hear other diners say the same.

    We had a reservation but clearly didn’t need one as there were plenty of empty tables available. Staff we’re friendly and polite on arrival. We ordered the 3 course Thanksgiving meal and each course came fairly quickly. The main turkey course was okay but we did not like the turkey stuffing which was obviously cut from a roll. We felt that each course was ready for serving too quickly and no time to relax between each one. Overall a decent but not special meal considering the price we paid. Though service by the staff was very good and professional.

    I normally don’t give a low rating at any fine dining restaurants like this, but I have to give 2 out of 5 for that due to my bill taken more than 20 minutes to get to my table. Otherwise I would give 5 out of 5 as I like their value, foods’ quality and an atmosphere. The price point was on par with my expectation. My table server named Josh served me really well except the last part when we finished my meal and ask for my bill. After we finished my meal, Josh asked me if we want to get anything else. I replied “just my bill please”. Then he stopped caring our table. I understood he had other tables to serve. After 20 minutes of wait, I followed up on him to get our bill and he treated us like as if we requested my bill for the 1st time. That’s totally not okay to treat us like that at any fine dining restaurants, but it’s fine if we dine at casual restaurants. After I paid my bill, I gave him a feedback but he didn’t seem to care our table. He asked me if I want to speak to the manager. I replied “No. I just want to give you a feeeback.” I guess Josh needed to be trained on how to handle patrons at fine restaurants so that future diners can have excellent dining experiences. Luckily I visited this restaurant a number of times before I faced that experience.

    Globe/YVR was, for us, a great place to dine before a flight. Jade, our table server, was excellent, very attentive and alert. The menu was very good for an airport location and included a nice wine list. The ambiance of the place was clean and pleasant. If we’re at YVR again, waiting for another long-haul flight, we’ll stop at Globe and skip the airlines’ trucked-in packaged food.

    We had a lovely dinner at the Globe. It's a great spot before flying. The food was very good (halibut was a bit on the salty side) and Josh was a great server - very friendly, attentive and provided great service. It's been a long time since we've been to the Globe but we'll definitely be back!

    Had a nice dinner here last night with family that just flew in from Whitehorse. Service was a bit slow - food took a long time to come out. But once it did. it was quite tasty. Creative cocktails. Excellent live music from the lounge area next to us. Pleasant experience.

    Great friendly service with a good array of dishes to choose from. The open kitchen is fun to watch, especially with kids (who were made to feel very welcome). Views of the runway with the mountains in the background are stunning!

    Crab bisque was bland and not creamy for $20?! Muscles had good flavor, except too salty. Table set with a bread plate, but no bread service. Waitress seemed to be assigned too many tables. We were really looking forward to our last meal in Vancouver, but we were very disappointed.

    Bossy front desk not accommodate an early arrival. Lost our order for an hour an no one noticed. Chef did his best to apologize but I would not recommend this restaurant.
