We are currently open for Breakfast everyday from 7am - 12pm. We are currently not taking any reservations and seating is based on a first come first serve basis. Dinner service is from 5pm to 930pm daily.

The following regulations are in place through Health B.C. as well as the Westin Resort & Spa Whistler Hotel:

Sanitizer is provided at the host stand
Tables are spaced 2 meters apart for social distancing
Tables and Chairs are sanitized between use
Guests must provide a full name and phone number upon arrival to the restaurant
Maximum group sizes are 6 people
Parties must be sat at one time together, no joining guests allowed to a seated table
Guests are not to move between tables while in the restaurant and must must stay seated during the meal unless to use the washroom
Guests entering the hotel and walking to the restaurant must wear a facemask
Alcohol service stops at 10pm sharp nightly
All guests must leave the restaurant by 11pm nightly, no exceptions

Service was good and the focaccia bread was good. The rest was very bad. The chicken sandwich was dry: no flavour, no sauce. The fries were small and crumbled like they were fished out of the bottom of a chip bag. The ravioli sauce was extremely watery (it was as if someone spilled a quarter cup of water in the dish).

I’ve only ever written three bad reviews in my life, and this is one of them. The food was very close to being good, but there was critical problems with it. I saw one of the chefs on his phone quite a bit (the place was not busy). Perhaps they could’ve spent more time on ensuring the food was prepared properly.

We were so pleased to be able to visit as it's one of our favourite spots and we love to come back here! The staff were so great, and we were really pleased with the safety protocols in place and the (as well) professionalism and warmth. The turkey dinner (for American Thanksgiving) was such a treat. Thank you and hope to be back soon!

We were there for breakfast as part of our family vacation. Upon arrival we were warned by the hostess that the wait for food could be a little longer as there was an issue in the kitchen. After ordering the food came out quite quickly. The sausages were overcooked (hard and dry). The toast was cold and hard. The egg omelet and scrambled eggs were undercooked and runny, My wife and I had one bite each. When we asked our server if we could have the omelet and eggs cooked a little longer he said the runny/watery consistency was just the cheese and that if you overcook it.. the eggs become dry and rubbery. Overall not what we are used to from the Westin brand, especially when you spend $120.00 for 2 adults and 2 children.

At first glance the decor appeared to be rather diner like, more like a setting for a breakfast than a dinner, but it appeared to be the furniture and high ceiling that gave that impression. Once we were seated though we found the atmosphere very comfortable and despite the cavernous feel the noise level was low and we easily conducted a conversation. The service was excellent. We started with the olive and almond appetizer, (very good but would have liked more olives and less almonds) then a bottle of wine with dinner. My husband had the linguine with clams (incidentally the only one of 130+ restaurants in Whistler that had it on the menu) and it was excellent. I also had a pasta but with the chorizo arrabiata - excellent as well. We shared a desert with coffee. With tip it was about $200. Will definitely return in the future to try some other menu items.

We had an excellent dinner with focaccia bread and balsamic reduction, Pellegrino with limes, fresh salmon with vegetables and quinoa and and excellent Australian GSM Red wine. Service was exceptional.

The wine selection is far too expensive for the type of restaurant. We ate there twice....on the 24 and 28th.....partly because every restaurant was booked ! On 24th, food was better and service was much better. I ordered the same carpaccio on 28th but it was not the same..not as good...my tuna tacos were okay...not great. Server on 24th was very good...she was attentive ...on 28th...he was slow...brought wrong bottle of wine twice .......

One of the meals was very tough pork chop. They offered to replace it but others had finished. They comped the meal but it put a damper on the night. Secondly it took forever to get our meals.

Frosty reception, booked more than 2 weeks prior and requested a table by the window in main part of room. It would appear booking was totally ignored with no table held as reserved and certainly not one I had requested. The table service was very good as was the food but the front of house was abysmal. The birthday desert gratis was also a nice touch, thank you. We would dine here 3-4 times each year over a 2 week period but time for a re-think.

Ate there after the peak period following new year. The service was prompt and well looked after and the food was decent. I suspect previous negative reviews were from the busy peak time at whistler. I would return in the future especially if staying at the hotel.

The food was SO bad, I can’t even believe this place is associated with a Westin. It’s hard to screw up a cheeseburger, but they managed to (totally overdone, non-melted Kraft-like cheese, wilted lettuce, pickles - even though this was not listed on the menu). The fries were soggy. The grilled cheese had nothing to do with grilled cheese - it was basically a burger on bread. And even the dessert was a total let down. I don’t know how this place was voted one of Whistler’s best.

Butternut squash was very bland. Caesar salad with chicken was an average Caesar salad. Pizza was the best. Grilled cheese meat sandwich arrived cold. Fries were good. Ahi tuna was bland as well. I’ve learned after eating three night in Whistler, service is very very slow. I’ve yet to have a great meal.
