    Epic meal. The food was outstanding. Our waiter, Ryan, was personable and a true pro. Every single thing and every single person at GW Fins was memorable, Don’t miss the signature dessert the Salty Malty!

    Had a blast. The wife and I finally was able to make it there and enjoy a first class meal. The Bluefin tuna was excellent. Scallops were perfect. I look forward to coming back soon.

    Absolutely the best restaurant in New Orleans. If you want and like seafood it is doubly the best. Staff was attentive even considering that this was a Beyoncé concert night. Looking forward to our next visit.

    It was a little underwhelming. Two of us ordered the blackened triple tail and it was fairly dry. One of our guests ordered the dry-aged bluefin tuna and it was really unique and interesting. The pork belly appetizer was delicious. I should have checked the proximity to Bourbon Street before booking, we weren't really looking for something touristy. One of our guests ordered a couple of cocktails that they really didn't like. For instance an Old fashioned served on the rocks with small cube ice rather than a big cocktail cube or ball. Both of the cocktails they ordered were very sugary.

    First time diner. Best amaretto sour I’ve ever had, parmesan crusted flounder flavorful and cooked to perfection. But Do NOT leave without the salty malty ice cream pie, it will change your life! This will definitely be a choice every time I visit NOLA.

    We went for our anniversary and everything was perfect! The scallibut was probably the best dish we may have ever had. The service and drink were over the top. Pricing was right on point with the quality of food and portions. Have to try the lobster dumplings and lobster bisque.

    Thank you to our servers Aaron and Tyrell. Food and service was all great. As a family of 4 (two girls in their 20's) that enjoys food, we did 4 appies (all outstanding) and shared 3 different entrees. Lived up to expectation of fantastic NOLA food.

    Our supper was to die for! Best meal we had while here. We had the lobster bisque and barbecue shrimp appetizers. Both were amazing! Had the scalibut and sea scallops for our meals. Again amazing. Finished off with the bread pudding. Oh my goodness! Loved loved loved it all! Wish we had eaten here more than 1 evening. Very highly recommend. BTW our waitress was Jackie and she knew her stuff. From the drink menu, to supper and the desserts, she knew it all. Plus she was a pleasure to work with.

    Staff were amazing and we had booked for our anniverary. They had a lovely scroll of the menu with our names on it. Waitress was lovely. But you go to a high end restaurant for the food. The starters were quite disappointing flavour wise. Gumbo lacked flavour and even the bisque was average. Main courses were better. fish was clearly very fresh. I just dont think it hit the spot and a restaurant like this should.

    Trying to get there for some time. The food is excellent. This visit fulfilled all of my expectations. Each dish was equally as good as the next. It happened to be lobster fest - fresh and delicious.

    Arrive early for a drink at the bar. Martinis are exceptional. When making reservation, request to sit in main dining area. That’s where all the action is. A perfect evening.

    Went for our Anniversary to GW based on a recommendation from a local shop owner. We are going back to thank him, amazing place. One of the best meals ever and fabulous service from Zach and Kenny. Great touches and attention to detail. Cocktail drinks are also fabulous.

    GW Fins was absolutely amazing! Very cool vibe, the menu selection was outstanding, the food presentation was excellent and so delicious! Our server Marlon was top notch and the support staff was always there for us. Probably one of the finest experiences we've ever had. We'll be back again and again!

    My family and I dined at GW Fins and were very impressed with the food and service provided. It is an upscale dining experience and be mindful of the dress code. I had the lobster bisque it was delicious and the Red Snapper was tempura fried with a Vietnamese glaze, absolutely loved it. My family had lobster dumplings and they were excellent, as well as the Swordfish and Scalibut. For dessert we shared the Salty Malty as we were stuffed to each have our own and it was scrumptious. The wait staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and all very kind gentlemen. We had a wonderful experience, will definitely return if ever in Nola again.
