This was the worst Hard Rock I have ever seen. The pulled pork sandwich and baked beans were nasty. The apple cobbler was unbaked, sour, and too much cinnamon. Maybe the upstairs atmosphere was a little better, but I wouldn't know. They seated us downstairs in a corner with not much around us. On top of all that we had to pay 15.00 to park. Totally sucked!

THANK YOU to Hard Rock Cafe for keeping us safe and comfortable during the rain delay for the Taylor Swift concert! While everyone was miserably sheltering-in-place at Nissan Stadium, the amazing staff at Hard Rock let us wait out the storm with them. Our server, MAURA, was excellent. The singer, JENNA LEA, was also amazing. She even sang Taylor Swift songs for us! It was such a friendly, relaxed environment and our food was delicious.

The food was very tasty; two diners split a large dish and had to request dinner size plates for their portions, and we all had to request knives. The atmosphere would have been more congenial for conversation if the live performance sound system was not so loud. The recorded music was not quite as loud. The wait staff were friendly and helpful.

After making reservations for a large party (12) we arrived and were immediately sat down at our table. After sitting with no servers approaching us at all for over 40 mins while watching several of them look at us and walk past us and ignore our table I called the restaurant ask for the manager. We promptly left after a short conversation with the manager and payed valet and proceeded to spend two hours trying to get into a different restaurant.

We were very disappointed with our overall experience at the Nashville restaurant. We have enjoyed many Hard Rock Cafes all over the world, this was by far the worst. It was not welcoming, not friendly. It was almost empty but we were given every excuse as to why we couldn’t sit where we wanted to. Our request was eventually accommodated but not until after complaining and the assistant was clearly not happy with us. There was no atmosphere, it was a large empty room, no expected ambient lighting and partitioning. The screens at the tables showed sports not music, so we couldn’t both see the music videos. It was draughty & uncontrollably cold. We were rushed to pay the bill whilst still drinking. We didn’t get the impression the staff were sincere. To his credit Drew served us well. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

It was my very first timr in a Hard Rock Cafe and it was amazing, the food was amazing g and everything was just splendid, the girl who worked the gift shop was terrific she even paid for Mt hat knowing iam still going through Breast cancer surgery, I forgot what her name was but she was very nice and o er all sweet, our whole experience in Nashville was amazing and we will be back again also.. I wish there was something for my best friend that he could ride around d in because he is very sick and can't walk for long.. but we will come back soon

It was something to hold us over but with all of the great food we have had this trip at other restaurants, I would not waste the time to go back to hard rock to eat.

Food was great and the prices were decent but we waited on our appetizers for a minimum of 40 minutes and then waited another 30 minutes for our entrees. As this was a company meal, we hadn't necessarily intended to stay for 2 hours; we were there for our entire booked 12p-2p time frame due to waiting on our food for more than half our time there. I'd recommend Hard Rock Cafe, just anticipate long wait times for your food.

Waited over an hour for our meal from the time we placed our order till it arrived. And ordered the Asian shrimp starter and it was extremely mayonnaisy and I could not eat it. And the bathroom facilities were out of soap and hand towels. I made a vocal complaint to the manager. We were very disappointed in our hard rock café experience in Nashville.
