Hard Rock Cafe - Niagara Falls Ratings and Reviews
I love Hard Rock 🤙😋🍻🎸
On larger scheme of things - it is OK. Typical Hard Rock Cafe as befitting other ones in the chain.
Food is good and our waitress was very nice, friendly & helpful
my only complaint was that I accidentally left my kepi on the chair next to me, walked out the door, turned around the corner and became aware of situation.
Walked right back (I mean we are talking 3 minutes...5 TOPS!), went to the table which was already cleaned by that moment and saw that it was not there. Asked the hostess who informed me that she was the one who cleaned the table and there was nothing there. I then asked her if she would be so kind as to call the waitress and ask her if she perhaps picked it up. The hostess refused adamantly stating that "she cleaned the table and there was nothing there".
Thankfully I saw thew waitress and called out to her at which point she confirmed that she did, indeed, picked up my kepi - and returned it to me
The hostess upon witnessing retorted back with "See, I TOLD YOU that I saw nothing there" (?!?!?!) Nobody "accused" her of lying, however she should've called the waitress when I asked her to do so and perhaps just a simple "I am sorry" would also have gone a long way all-in-all considering.
Be it as we were on vacation, chances are we might still consider the place for some grub if we ever return; I'd be hard pressed to say that this incident would compel me not to come in; I just wish it didn't happen the way it did
Met there when visiting the falls. Very nice walk to the waterfront.
over all our experience was good...the food was very good. We ordered appetizers first...then our main meals....we were only starting our appetizers when our main food came out....HUGE turn off especially when you specifically wait to order the main dish so they wouldnt come out at the same time. The restaurant was a steady stream but not hectic, but we still felt rushed through our meal.
It's a good place to take a rest
I am always satisfied with Hard Rock Cafe. It has consistent food and services. This one in Niagara Falls has very good location and good food & beer as usual. It is great to have a tasty traditional American food after a wet ship cruise to the falls.
The Buffalo Room needs work, or maybe needs to be changed to something else..
Meh. Wouldn't go back. Interesting memorabilia on display but most of the staff act like they don't actually want to be there and are just going through the motions.
Everything was fantastic! Very Hard Rock quality. Great food and service. The store was even better. Our salesperson was personable and energetic! I highly recommend!
Our waitress moved slow. She didn't come to see if we needed anything after our food was served. It was very bad service. I will never go back.
Our sever was wonderful. Had a steak dinner and the steak was perfectly cooked to order. The portion size was good and the room (seating) was not crowded. We enjoyed our night out before the Tour de Cure bike ride the next day very much. I return every year!
Food was delicious. Service was great. Entertainment spectacular.
Had a great time at the Starpoint Jazz concert. Very happy they are willing to accommodate the bands and seat the families. The food was good and timely given the Hard Rock was packed!
Loud and over crowded
I would have preferred a more intimate setting.
Very nice place to eat with many things to look at.
No one liked their food it was disgusting and expensive but our waiter was fabulous
For average food , High Price , and Below Par Service if it wasn't for a Special
Event that was held there I wouldn't go. Prices were Higher than Walt Disney
World without the Service .
Great food and awesome service. My 7 year old absolutely LOVED it!!!
It was a great time and waitress was wonderful!! Food was delicious also!!
We were there for a special concert with the childs school. This will be their last year coming here. Its a fun time for families to get together an its fun for the kids because they get to perform on the stage.
Food was horrible would never go back! Music was way to loud couldn't hear the persin infront of me!
Our vocal performance team performed here. The food was great - appetizer sampler was fabulous for 3 girls. We loved it!
Waitress was nice, but when we got our burger that was bleeding everywhere, instead of fixing it, she argued with us. He ate the burger and got sick for two days after. Sandwiches came out without fries, forgot my salad..Just a bad experience.
Fun place for family...albeit a bit expensive. The staff were friendly and the food was great.
We arrived 20 mins before our reservation as we didn't know how long it would take, and were told to leave and come back right at the reservation time, as there is no waiting room. It is close to the falls, so you can walk around outside, luckily it was a very warm February night, otherwise it would have been problematic with two younger children.
Secondly, we waited over 20 mins after ordering for the drinks to arrive (iced tea & a mixed drink). Our main issue is that despite many open tables, it took over an hour for our food to arrive after ordering - with two young children at a late dinner time (7pm) this was a serious issue for us. You need enough staff on hand to accommodate your dining room.
We had a great time at the Hard Rock Cafe in Niagara Falls. Granted that it is winter and off-season, the restaurant was not busy, and we were able to be seated immediately. Our waiter was attentive but not overly, which was appreciated! The food was good, and I enjoyed seeing some of the rock "artifacts" that were there, such as the autographed 311 poster and Janis Joplin's feather boa. :)
Food was great and hostess was friendly and welcoming....
Did not know what to expect for a chain restaurant. We were very pleased with our meals, drinks, dessert (shared) and our waiter. Will definitely keep this restaurant in mind when visiting the Falls. I have visited many of your restaurants over the years including the opening of the Cafe in Paris. Liked them then and will also recommend this one to our friends. We live in Buffalo NY so it was a half hour ride for us but worth it. However, waiter should warn patrons about the size of the Brownie dessert. It was certainly more than one person could finish alone but we loved it and made a valiant effort to eat every last morsel.
We go here once every few months for a kids' rock band event. The service is always friendly and the staff does a great job putting on the event. The sound is great along with the stage and lighting. Great venue for live music!
I did not appreciate the only parking available was an independent lot across the street at a price of 5 US dollars. This was the off-season with somewhat inclement weather and few patrons were inside. The server was attentive, the manager came over to the table and introduced himself and made it clear that he wanted to make sure we were happy. The lady running the store portion was especially friendly and gave us a mini tour of the wall displays. The menu included a wide food selection, and our meals were satisfying. I would return, but not in the near future.
We attended my daughters recital here. Unfortunately my party didn't all show up and were late, but the staff was very understanding. Food and service were awesome
Always a great time!!
We were sat rather quickly at a table that still had an empty glass on it. Table was never wiped off. Server took 10mins to get our drink order and another 10-15mins to deliver them, even though I could see them ready at the bar. We ordered a $18 plate of nachos. That was more like chips with some specks of cheese, pico and warm scallions and jalapeños. Being a chef of 10years, I immediately sent them back to be redone. Second time was much better but still not that great. Entrees took quite some time and were delivered by a manager who seemed quite polite and caring. Meals were decent tasting but lacked any presentation. Server finally came back half way through our meals to finally ask if we needed a refill on any drinks. Politely declined and asked for the check. All in all almost a two hour visit for mediocre at best food and well below par service.
Great food, great service and fun atmosphere! My family and I love this place.
very unsatisfied that the fajitas were extremely spicy and the waitress disagreed with us.sane with dessert and she insulted our choice in the boring drink.
food was not good and I am a chef.
Food was good. Matt's Music Vocal Performance Team put on a spectacular show.
great atmosphere , hostess was polite and sat us right away.
The food was wrong and warm. The prices were too high for the quality of food. Our waitress circled around us so we get help.
Good food! Making the reservation with open table was the best! 20 groups waiting when we walked in but we got seated right away!
I gave it 3 stars for food and value because everything was so overpriced. I would have loved to have a nice steak, but not for $30 +/-. My husband and I both ended up having a hamburger n fries. I realize it's a tourist attraction, but that's still no reason to charge that much for food. Thankfully we had a gift certificate to pay for our meal, otherwise I would have been kind of disgusted that we paid over $50 for both of us to have a burger & fries, a Pepsi, and one adult beverage. The service was great, however. Very pleasant and timely. I selected "a good waterfront location" because of it being so close to the Falls.
The atmosphere was fine, although I can't see us going back there anytime soon due to the crazy menu prices.
Also, aside from the restaurant, ever since I used Open Table to make our reservation, I can't use my laptop without a GD advertisement for Open Table popping up EVERY MINUTE at the bottom of my screen - even with ALL pop-ups being blocked. GRRRR.
