    1. There was a loud drunk at the bar. He continued to be loud and was shouting l. Apparently they had asked him to quiet down a few times. There should be a point, when the person is asked to leave 2. I was charged almost $2 for a small amount of hot sauce. Sorry hot sauce is a condiment, there shouldn’t be extra charges for that. They don’t charge extra for ketchup or mustard, why hot sauce? And a small amount. For the $2, I can bring my own seasoning

    Great place but the music could definitely better. I liked that they had live DJ but everything he played was sped up. I don't know if he's hyper or something. It's a place you have a mix of people going for dinner, watching the game, dates, etc. We don't need every song being sped up fast and loud

    Our server was not very attentive. We got served by 3-4 different people during the visit. We ordered one app and asked the server to surprise us with either the brussel sprouts or the cauliflower., neither arrived, I guess that was the surprise, the steak was mediocre at best. Our water was refilled only once, the food had no salt on it. I had to flag a different waiter to get salt because our server was no were to be found. The sticky toffee pudding felt like the cake was a few days old . All in all very disappointing. Would not come back again.

    Came for my daughters 19th birthday last night . It didn’t appear to be busy. We where sat by a window that leaked on my son most of the night … are waiter was too busy to take our food order after sitting for 30 min after eating our apps or asking if we would like another drink , which I had to call another waiter to assist us . I ordered a New York steak and the Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crips not good for the price at all …we were not asked if we would like to see a dessert menu to get a cake for my daughters birthday, instead the waiter kindly brought some kind of a spiced cake to the table for her. Unfortunately, she cannot eat that .very disappointing experience for our first time . Arrived at 6 left at8:30 longer then we expected

    This was our first time here. Food was really really good. Server was very nice. My niece works for the sister company so her and the server chatted up a storm. It wasn't busy so was quiet but that's ok. We will definitely come back here again. The pizza was delicious. Well, everything we ate was delicious.

    They were short staffed when we were there and had some trouble with making our orders accurate. However, they were quick to correct the errors and the food was amazing. There was a live performer there during our brunch which made it a little loud but the music was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure.

    We tend to like this location, however, we had the following events, wrong salad brought, no steak knife brought, finished our meal they cleaned up the table and never saw anyone for a good 15 minutes for tea and dessert. It was a long time not to get some service. Just wanted you to know.

    Anniversary dinner, great service and drinks. One dish pistachio gnocchi did not have pistachio in it and it was substituted with mushrooms, still ok, but my wife will chose different dish if this was communicated in advance, overall great night, will go there again ;)

    The apps and dessert were great. The maple chicken wasn’t good and unfortunately two of us ordered it. The description says roasted potatoes but they were boiled and just weird. The kids chicken sliders were cut and then fried so they were hard as a rock and not edible. They were nice about changing it for a pizza. Overall I would give it another try as the atmosphere was great. Service was also pretty good!

    I wish I got her name, but whoever served us 11/09/2023 at 5:00 pm was amazing. It was our friend's birthday and she made sure the cake was a surprise, and tended to all our needs. Very professional.

    There was a communication breakdown between the kitchen and the front of the house. Our simple order to an inordinate amount ot time to arrive. While our server was pleasant, nothing was done to truly acknowledge the problem. We were on a time schedule which made the situation even worse. Disappointing to say the least.

    Had to wait 15 minutes for our RESERVED table. Drinks were good. Ordered a steak and it was the tiniest piece of meat I’ve ever received, when another in my party ordered the same thing and his steak was twice the size. Music was insanely loud as well. Not worth the price the bill came to.

    Service was incredibly slow. Our appetizers arrived before our cocktails. But server was very pleasant. Entrees came out super fast. Dj set up next to our table. Hard to talk. Music very loud. Food was enjoyable. Great cocktails.

    Great place in Oakville for casual to semi-casual outing. It appeals to everyone, just depends what time of the day or evening you attend. I would recommend this place to dine with friends or a date, family etc. Its a large space and the menu has great options. Enjoy

    Three friends to celebrate one’s birthday. Main courses were great (poke bowl, quinoa + bowls). The cheesecake to share was outstanding then ,once our very good server realized a birthday was the occasion, she added a sticky toffee cake plus sparkler. Delightful.

    We had a very nice lunch at Harpers. I had the fish tacos for the first time and they were delicious. Only negative was the noise level as one person in our group has hearing issues.
