   This experience was pretty good, however it took 15-20 mins after our reservation to get seated. I also requested a booth and we ended up getting a high top table in the bar section. Our server was great even though our interactions brief as it was very busy. However the food was amazing as always and came out quickly which made up for some other downfalls.

   Overall a good experience. It took a while to get service, but once we did, it was better. I will be back at this restaurant. The staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs.

   When we booked 6 days in advance I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday. Thought that might get some attention but nope. We arrived and the miserable hosts that greeted us barely looked up. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience and stuck us in the dark corner of the restaurant between the kitchen and the toilets. We asked if we could have something in the brighter, airier part of the restaurant where there was lots of space. "No... this is your table, we can't move you". Okay. Being stuck in the corner, we were pretty much forgotten about. Our dedicated server had "been in since 4pm so he's all over the place" which basically meant we had a mish mash of people serving us (infrequently) and didn't see our guy once. Water glasses were filled and then sat empty for the rest of the meal. After a long wait sat at the table with pretty much the entire restaurant walking past us on their way to the washroom (which was immediately behind us) and the servers back and forth past our table incessantly, our food eventually arrived. It was unceremoniously thrown onto the table to the wrong places... that happens... "actually that one is mine" - I reached across but the plate was snatched up and then thrown back down and the server after a good tut and sigh, turned and stormed off. The food was actually very good, well mine was and nobody else seemed to complain. After dinner we were eventually offered dessert... I was going to pass but Creme Brulee. Once again unceremoniously thrown onto the table... extra spoons snatched away, no eye contact, no communication, just misery incarnate. At that point I'd had enough... I just wanted to get the bill and get out of there. Terrible, terrible experience. Will be a while before I consider eating here again.

   The staff who served and greeted us were friendly, professional and made my friends birthday extra special! Thank you for the complimentary dessert for her birthday. We plan to come back again. Again thanks for an enjoyable experience. Shirley Durk

   Harpers Landing is very noisy, even when only about half full. I know some people enjoy that level of noise but I don't. The food is upscale pub, not really as good as the prices would have you believe. The wait staff are all competent and some are very friendly. However I prefer a more casual laid-back dining experience in a smaller, quieter venue.

   Quiet restaurant with adequate staff but had to call someone over to order anything/ get bills/see menus. Never came back to check up until called over. Would not recommend. 3 hours to have 2 rounds of drinks and dinner

   It was great. We were promptly seated. They called and asked ahead of time if we had any seating preference, although the receptionist didn’t seem fully aware of our preference when we got there. Nothing major after we stated our preference. It was lunch time and was starting to get busy. I did request for the sauce on the side for my dish but it still came with the sauce drizzled on top. It was fine and I ate it but I would have preferred not to, as I did make a specific request. Our server was pleasant and left us alone when we were deep in our conversation. She did come by and check on us to see if we needed more water or drinks. That was great. We were not being rushed out the door, especially when it was a business lunch with lots to discuss. Overall pleasant experience.

    It was a beautiful place but only issue is if ur not wearing designer they don’t take u in right away even if u have booked a dinner lol just because someone doesn’t have designer clothes on doesn’t mean he got money but food was amazing 🤓

    It was a great spot for dinner. We enjoyed the variety of food and the service was good. It’s nice to see that people are getting out again. I would suggest reservations. Use Open Table. It’s so easy.

    Harpers Landing has a great atmosphere for a casual meal with friends. The service is always prompt and courteous and you never feel rushed.

    The service was very good. Food was great. I have eaten at one of the related restaurants in Burlington - might be nice if the menus were different. Overall it was a good experience.

    This has become our Business dining place of choice. Always easy to get a booth to the side to discuss work if required. Food was delicious again, all of us had the Ahi Tuna Salad! Our server "Romain" was delightful!

    I booked a table for 6 and they sat us at high table in the bar. Very loud and uncomfortable. I asked for another table they told me there was none large enough for us. There were lots near the washrooms proper tables. Not happy with the high table in the bar for a family dinner. Also they did not have gluten free buns for the burgers… so I had to order wings. Not good on a Saturday evening at 630 to be out of gluten free buns.

    Seated directly beneath the patio heater, got way too hot after a while. Our table was placed in the walking path of the patio, had a lot of people hitting the back of our chairs. Wouldn’t have chosen this table if given another option.

    As the location is the perfect half-way point for all of us to meet, we always look forward to booking Harpers Landing for its great atmosphere. However, I just find the service and experience from the hostesses and waiter staff becomes dissatisfying and unpleasant than the previous visit. It seems to get worse and worse as we visit more. It is a shame as we really do enjoy going here but may need to look at others options.

    We were meeting up with old high school friends. Our server was excellent, knew the menu, had great opinions and checked in the perfect amount. The food choices were varied, everyone enjoyed their meals. Meal arrivals were expedient but we did not feel like anyone was trying to push us out. Atmosphere inside is warm, spacious without being cavernous. Overall highly recommend Harpers Landing whatever your occasion.

    Food was actually excellent in my humble opinion. Had the Margherita pizza with the ground sausage which was excellent, very fresh and tasty, chicken wings with the BBQ sauce were great too, and the chocolate mousse was delicious. Flipping 9.5/10 ngl
