This has become our Business dining place of choice. Always easy to get a booth to the side to discuss work if required. Food was delicious again, all of us had the Ahi Tuna Salad! Our server "Romain" was delightful!

I booked a table for 6 and they sat us at high table in the bar. Very loud and uncomfortable. I asked for another table they told me there was none large enough for us. There were lots near the washrooms proper tables. Not happy with the high table in the bar for a family dinner. Also they did not have gluten free buns for the burgers… so I had to order wings. Not good on a Saturday evening at 630 to be out of gluten free buns.

Seated directly beneath the patio heater, got way too hot after a while. Our table was placed in the walking path of the patio, had a lot of people hitting the back of our chairs. Wouldn’t have chosen this table if given another option.

As the location is the perfect half-way point for all of us to meet, we always look forward to booking Harpers Landing for its great atmosphere. However, I just find the service and experience from the hostesses and waiter staff becomes dissatisfying and unpleasant than the previous visit. It seems to get worse and worse as we visit more. It is a shame as we really do enjoy going here but may need to look at others options.

We were meeting up with old high school friends. Our server was excellent, knew the menu, had great opinions and checked in the perfect amount. The food choices were varied, everyone enjoyed their meals. Meal arrivals were expedient but we did not feel like anyone was trying to push us out. Atmosphere inside is warm, spacious without being cavernous. Overall highly recommend Harpers Landing whatever your occasion.

We ordered 3 appetizers plus our mains. The server apologized and informed us that they had run out of edamame and cauliflower so we just kept the dip. Then our mains came out and she apologized and wondered where our dips were. Then she came back to say it would be a few minutes. We just canceled it. Then we ordered a meal to go well in advance of our leaving. She said it would take about 45 minutes. It took well over 1 hr!?? Then we ordered tea and she apologized and said they were out of the herbal teas!?? She was friendly and kind and apologetic for the restaurant and their inability to have food on their menu.

Worst brunch we have had in a long time. Huevos rancheros was mediocre and the eggs Benedict was terrible in every way possible. Almost sent it back. Won’t be coming back for brunch but love it for dinner!

The overall look and ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful but what a let down with the service and the food. We walked in and despite us booking a reservation we had to wait for our table because some one had taken our table. I had to ask them what the wait time was before they told me what had occurred. When we were seated the sever was great but took a while to come to the table and take our drink and appetizer order. When the food finally arrived, I found the calamari to be chewy and the steak that I ordered was very under seasoned. I typically love brussel sprouts, but these were chard and not the greatest. Overall not the best experience for our date night.

Service was very slow like very slow. The Calamari which is usually one of our favorites smelled charred. When they replaced it they returned with 1/3 less quantity. At one point, it took 15 minutes to get an extra plate and cutlery for my son. They were out of our usual brand of liquor. The server had to go back and forth 3 times to check with the bartender for our order. We were there for my husband’s birthday. The mains were good.

We went for Valentine’s Day and had the special It was all amazing . Our steak was a tad tough but everything else made up for that . The Brie appetizer was divine as was the salade ! The dessert was the best vanilla cream brûlée I have ever had ! Micke our server was delightful and very efficient !
