Sunday Brunch was absolutely superb! Brianna was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to our every need!
We go every year for restaurant week. It is always a lovely experience, but some years the food is hit or miss. This year the offerings, quality and taste were our best yet. We will be back.

We reserve HB’s for special occasions for years and have not been disappointed.
Very nice brunch with complementary Champaign, orange juice or mimosa. But be sure to make a reservation. They were turning people away.
Have eaten here many times over the past few years. Great food as always. This time, however, I have to admit that service was a little off. There was some difficulty in letting us know that your table was ready, and we had to ask three different people for a glass of water. And still it took 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great evening, and these are minor annoyances, but it was a little surprising. Will definitely return again, though.
ambiance and service was great and nothing was going to ruin the night but the food was not as good as expected (lobster small and over cooked) as an example and Martini not served cold enough like it should be... otherwise fine

Overall, this was a good Valentine's night dinner. However, we will think again about going to Harry Browne's for a holiday occasion. Typically, we've had great food and great service. Specifically:
- Not enough light to read the menu: diners were using their cellphone flashlights
- No sparkling water: a shock for a higher-end restaurant
- Prix fixe was high for three courses
- Service was mediocre: places were cleared slowly
- Entree was excellent (Morrocan BBQ pork joint)
- Dessert was not well presented (ice cream smeared between two pieces of pound cake)
An absolutely wonderful, beautiful restaurant with excellent service. Very well worth the trip we made from Baltimore. We will be returning regularly.
Excellent friendly service. Great food, and very affordable.
Our only complaint was the tall, grey haired man with glasses who seated us. He had a terrible and constant cough, which frankly, was a real turn off while dining. When we arrived we asked to be seated away from the door because it was a very cold night. He acted absolutely as if was a huge hassle. So disappointing as Harry Browne’s has been a favorite of ours when we are in Annapolis. Now we need to reconsider even though our female server was superb as was our meal. What happened to the fantastic person you used to have who greeted you and couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating?
Recently went to Sunday brunch--had a very nice table in the back corner, private and nice for our party of four. Both my husband and I ordered the chicken and waffles since we had not had it previously. The chicken was crispy and moist and not a hint of grease. While the waffles were good, we both wished they were warm. Ours arrived cold. I know its hard to keep waffles warm--an alternative is to serve the syrup heated. Enjoyed my glass of champagne.
Cozy little historic restaurant, and bar upstairs. Food was very good, and actually priced in line with other places like it. Right on State Circle in Annapolis, so parking isn't easy, but on weekends they will shuttle you to and from free parking in the State Office parking garage. We enjoyed an unhurried dinner, and enjoyed all of it.Give it a try.
Great food and service!
Charming restaurant especially for a cold day. Excellent service and food although the crab cake was rather small. Not too crowded at lunch so conversation was easy. Parking can be a challenge but just keep looking!

This was our first visit to this established Annapolis restaurant. I have wanted to go for years and now having finally made it there, I was not disappointed. The food was truly outstanding and very reasonably priced for the quality of the food. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it to others.

We love Harry Brown's and this particular occasion was special for Joy and I it was our 48th anniversary, The maitre d took special care of us and our friends. The server was most helpful explaining all of the specials, and not rushing us, but being available to take our order and additional requests. The Tuna i ordered was cooked very rare just as i liked it. The Arugula salad Joy and i ordered most delightful. An exceptional experience.
I was expecting much more for the first time to this restaurant. Service was slow and not very friendly. Due to the snow storm they were not busy. Ordered a Mimosa and never received it. The food was OK. Order the eggs benedict with smoke salmon and that is what you get. An egg, smoke salmon on bread. Price was fair considering the cost of other brunches in the Annapolis area. However for just breakfast which is what they serve, I would definitely go someplace else
This was our first time for dinner after trying brunch awhile back. I was very impressed with our experience here. The menu offered a nice variety of options including pasta, seafood, meat and poultry. I chose the Limoncello Chicken and my husband the Bolognese. Both were outstanding and the plates were beautifully presented. My only complaint was a limited selection of white wines by the glass. I settled for a Riesling which I enjoyed, but would have preferred something else with my entree selection. The service was pleasantly unobtrusive and the ambience is cozy and relaxing. We happened to be there during the first snowfall of the season, and it made for a pleasant place to be with a view of the Capitol.
Sunday evening dinner in winter - food was great, restaurant was not crowded. Crab cakes were very good.
Atmosphere was excellent. The service could not have been better. Appetizer was one of the best. Main courses were very good. Parking waa a nightmare. I recommend only going on the weekend when valet parking is available.

Lucked out a got a last minute NYE reservation. Service, food, and atmosphere was all first class. Looking forward to a return trip.
Been here a few times. Nice decor. Food is decent but if they tried just a little harder I would definitely come back more. Some ingredients, like salad greens, could be fresher. I once had brunch there and could not eat the crab at all, but had crab with my dinner recently and it was pretty good. Really good drinks and coffee.
My wife and I wanted a good local place for New Year's Eve Dinner, and found Harry Browne's on Open Table. Upon arrival, I had sticker shock as the dinners were $85 each, coupled with a drink and a glass of wine, the tab was over $200, which was about double what I was expecting from the Open Table website.
That being said, the dinner was reasonable for the price. The decor, service, food, and drinks were perfect for an upscale dinner for two. I highly recommend the restaurant, just don't expect to pay the $31-$50 that Open Table suggests.
Great cocktails. Wonderful food. Lots to discover here, too.
My husband had the crabcake, which was really good. I had the crab omelet and was not impressed. The place could use a “facelift” and we really didn’t feel welcomed as we have in other establishments. We will not go back.

Harry Browne’s was our first get away 32 years ago. We come back in December when we can. We love this restaurant. It holds many special memories for us. The staff, service and ambiance cannot be surpassed. Bravo Harry Browne’s!!!

Been before and really like the crab soup. Waiter was excellent.
Tis well-located spot on State circle in Annapolis is always a treat. the cozy dining room is well laid out and one may have a conversation without straining to hear. The food and service are superb. there is a good wine list and always specials of the day. at their omelet hits the spot. Upstairs in the bar area the Happy Hour is a real treat with good pours and terrific values on the small plates and hamburgers.
hjarry Browne's is a really nice Annapolis tradition.
This is our 3rd year for Christmas Eve dinner. We look forward to this evening more and more as each year passes. The staff are phenomenal - the food is all world! I am a Rack of Lamb connoisseur, it was SPECTACULAR! Looking forward to 12/24/19 :)
